Low Dose DNP during PCT

ad

Just finished a Test E only cycle at 500mg 10 weeks and while I did gain some size it seemed to have leaned me out more than anything even though I was on a caloric surplus and had my fair share of dirty meals being a college student. So I was looking into doing a bulker during the winter with 750 Sustanon. Being the holidays lets say I put on more fat than expected what do you guys think of a 200mg DNP throughout pct instead of the normal 1-2 week blasts that leave you unable to workout and what not. I've done a few searches but everyone assumes the OP is going for 400-800 DNP which leaves my question unanswered. Thank you.

you will lose more of your gains doing this than you wish. when hormone levels begin to decline and you reach the stage of recovery, you are reaching a time when your body will become extremely more catabolic than when on-cycle. the degree of catabolism here is dependent on training intensity and the diet. you'll want to dial down the intensity and transition into more of a maintenance regimen. the more intense the session, the greater the catabolic response. remember: your hormones are on the decline or have already bottomed out. cortisol levels are on the rise due to the homeostatic response, and the intense training sessions will increase it further. cortisol is an extremely catabolic hormone, so dial back on the weights and take it easy on the cardio. insufficient carbs will contribute to this as well. good complex carbs will make a huge difference here. and supplements that yield thermogenic effects are already catabolic in nature. so, unless you want to lose your hard earned gains, forget about the DNP, brother.

FYI:

200mg is not a low dose for DNP
