+ 1 In very bad shape :(
I have done two cycles so far and after getting blood work done twice i am extremely scared i really screwed myself up for life. After finishing my second cycle of 600mg test 300mg deca i did a pct of clomid 50/50/25/25 and nolva 40/40/20/20 about a month after pct i went to an endocrinologist who made me get blood work done and found out my total test levels where at 62 and the normal range was like 300-1200 it has been 3 months since and i got blood work the other day and now my test levels are at 129. I was very stupid and did not do a pct after my first cycle and also did not get blood work done so i definitely started my cycle with already LOW T levels and i understand i deserve this because i was very ignorant about it all and i am now paying the price. Although my test levels are at 129 i feel better than ever, i kept most of my gains and i still go to the gym 5x a week and eat clean. I have a brain MRI scheduled soon and she is going to "go over the options" after it is completed. I am going to work with the endocrinologist and figure out a plan but i am wondering what i should expect and if it is possible to kickstart my natural test production somehow or if it will eventually crawl back to normal. I have the feeling im fucked and probably going to end up on trt for the rest of my life and it sounds scary but i accept it because i now see how fucking stupid i was. Again i am going to listen to my doctor 100% and not take anything until she tells me otherwise but im just wondering what to expect.

Bro, the issue here is to find an endo that has worked with patients that have used steroids and has had some measure of success in HPTA restoration. If your endo does not have that experience, I would anticipate that she will do her best, of course, but she has no experience in treating your condition. I had a heart condition. I saw numerous cardiologists in New York and was told there was nothing they could do. My work moved me to Baltimore. I decided to stop by and see someone at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. That hospital and I guess the Mayo Clinic are about the pinnacle of American medicine. At the JHH, the doctor said dryly "No worries, I can fix this." I was in the hospital 1 night. Problem solved. Doctor, I said, do I have any physical limitations? The doctor replied, "Mr. Smith, you can climb Mt. Everest for all I care!" If your endo can't fix it, don't give up so quick!
I appreciate your advice. I will talk with her after my brain MRI and see if she has had any success with patients in similar situations as i am in. If not i live around Boston so the odds are i should be able to find a good endo. Do you think doing an HPTA restart protocol would further hurt me? I have been reading a decent amount of success stories online of people in my situation who have tried a protocol like the power PCT Program by Dr. Michael Scally and have had amazing success.
No, I don't think the power PCT program could do you any harm at this point only good.
I'm gonna roll with stretch on this one, at 26 having that low test readings is not "normal" but there have been greater disasters than that with roids. Even though 26 is no spring chicken it's far from the point of an adolescent as far as natural testosterone production is concerned. If Depo-Testosterone was prescribed than there may be an issue of hypogonadism, but if your being prescribed Axiron, AndroGel or Testim it could just be your naturally low. Gear hits your system pretty hard, so if your slowly crawling up the test ladder without a prescribed TRT drug chances are you'll be fair to well on the test levels over time, your 26 man I would consider maybe one cycle per year until you've hit your ceiling at which point you can decide to push the envelope. Also, if your lifting 12 hours per day, you may be causing another problem. Hit it for about 45 minutes to an hour per day and split your routine. The idea is to stress the muscle not destroy it. Get some rest for pete's sake that's when you grow.
What compounds did you use on the first cycle? Did you take a break in between cycles one and two that was equal to the length of the first cycle even though there was no pct done after the first cycle. You are not the first feller to jack himself up like this. There could have already been a problem before you cycled and the cycles just compunded the problem. I have a friend who's test level is just as lower as yours when he finally when to the doc to get help, and he has never touched a drop of juice in his life!
first cycle was 500mg test for 12 weeks then 600mg test and 300mg deca for 14 weeks id say 2-3 months in between. Is it strange that i feel amazing at this low test lvl? i meen i still work 12 hour days like nothing and lift like crazy. I am getting clomid/nolva/hcg and i am really wanting to run a higher dose pct like the one posted below to reset my system. I highly doubt my test was low to begin with but i guess i wouldnt know because i never did blood work.
Yes you fd up, but glad you saw the light and joined eroids. Read all the stickies and use the magnifying glass for research. Hope this link helps to give you an idea. Endo specialist is the best route though best wishes.
