what anti estrogen would help get rid of gyno that any of you recommend. being off a cycle for years. that would help along with diet and exersize

I agree, letrozole is the way to go. But beware I hear it causes some other nasty sides

I am not completely certain about this subject. However, I think Letro is really the only AI you can use that will reverse gyno. Do some google searches for Letro reversing gyno, there is some stuff out there.
i hear you i will, but do you think with like clen and cardio and diet the letro will hell i with the bitch tits somewhat? like help me loss wieght in chest faster or... do you get what im asking?
I 2nd that. But he stated hes been off for years. Problem is it may be irreversible. They say once you have it you need surgery for it to go away.
I have experienced a lump that I noticed two weeks into my PCT of Nolva, switched to Letro for an additional 2 weeks at a low dose of .5mgs/day. The lump was still there when i stopped using Letro, but noticed after a few more weeks of being completely off of everything it had disappeared.
I would probably talk to your doc first before you look into any Anti E's.
