How to Split 50mg nolva capsules

So the nolvadex I have are 50mg capsules, obviously need to be split for my PCT. I realize these capsules contain fillers as well as the nolva, so my question is what is the best way to split these as evenly as possible? Can I mix half in water since I don't have empty caps laying around?

Buy a cheap capsule filler. Find a filler that is close to the consistency of what's already in the capsules. Buy some empty capsules that are the same size as the ones you already have. Calculate how much filler it requires to fill up each capsule. then caluclate what size doses you want and figure out how many capsules your going to need. usually with nolva I like 20mg. Follow up how much filler need raw is already in the mix and add more filler to the mix to properly cut down your doses. The proceed to make your capsules and enjoy.
