Whats up fam I just wanted to give my personal experiences on high estro vs low estro for the newbs because believe it or not the sides are mostly the same (atleast for me)

libido WILL suffer with BOTH. so if your running test and your peckers not pecking this is the cause get a blood test and adjust ai accordingly this is usally at its worth when estro is too high and just ok when estro is too low

Body Odor change (for the worse lol) if there is an extreme change meaning from one day to the next and not gradual this is a sign of estro being out of wack not test. now here i can tell a difference if its really bad that means estro is too low.

Insomnia occurs when estro is too low racing heart andd thoughts possible paranoia (at least for me) this type of trouble sleeping is usually the dead give away that you are dealing with low and not high estro

emotions like crying with your girlfriend or being a lil too emotional brodering depression is a sign of high estro

while the other side feeling distant and lacking emotion (yes this is real) not being as sensual even when you want to be is a dead give away of low estro

all gains (strength size definition) will go with either high or low estro but here is where your personal judgement comes into play are your lost gains due to achy joints and feeling weak mentally this is low estro. high estro deosnt seem to turn you down as much as turn your strength off so one is your muscles not responding (high) and the other is your skeletal or joint mechanics not working properly (low)

Digestion is the last but obviously not least on the list. this is always the most significant sign of estro problems for me if you are constipated out of no wear and everything else is in order and you are lacking appitite get a blood test estro is way out of whack in my case usually below 15 or over 50
