Shoulders b4 chest

ad

Just got done watching flex wheelers mass construction vd on you tube and noticed this f***in guy trained his shoulders like a beast and then went onto his chest workout that included a set of bb incline with 405lbs! Now there are some pro routines that i think are just stupid wether they work for the pro or not but this shoulders b4 chest i might give a try. Think about it destroy shoulders and then hit chest with zero shoulder assistance could this possible help build the chest even more forcing it to do exercises without shoulder assistance.,...I say this mostly because I unfortunately can only workout four days a week at the moment and this is possibly the answer what do my bros think!

Idk man i do flat bench and incline bench on chest day and my front delts are pretty fried after. Couldn't imagine it would be beneficial for me personally, not to say it wouldnt be for you. Everyone is different. I give at least two days in between shoulders and chest. Chest and shoulders in the same day sounds interesting though I may have to give that one a shot.

I workout like golden age bb's chest arms, back shoulders, legs. X2 per week Sunday off. But it's worth a shot!

I work my shoulders and chest on the sameday aswell. Once you get this routine on your schedule, upper body strength improves dramatically. I feel this combination works well if you want to break a bench plateau.

You use your shoulders when benching, so naturally, if the shoulders have already been worked you will under perform on the bench.

I personally need at least 2 days gap between shoulder (triceps too) and chest.

This is my routine

Monday - rest
Tuesday - Shoulders
Wednesday Bi and tri's (arms)
Thursday - Legs
Friday - rest
Saturday - Chest
Sunday - Back

I have chopped and changed my program many times in the past, but this is definitely best for me.

It is important to get the balance right so muscle groups don't conflict.

That's a good question. I know for my part that if I train my shoulders and do chest the day after, I won't be as much as strong that if I had a day or two more of rest. That is something I would try on a cycle thought 'cause of the boost in endurance.
