+ 3 HCG - PCT planning

ad

Hi everyone,

I know few ways of including the HCG in to your recovery stage. I always used to start HCH as soon as synthetic hormones are out of my body.
However after doing research discovered there are different methods of introducing HCH to your body.
Some people start it half way through the course, some people run it low along side the AAS course, some do right at the end.

Could you please advice me your method and describe your experience ???

I always used to start after my cycle, always thought that is the best way but now everyone does it their own way. So which way do you prefer and how do you feel???

That makes sense, thanks for sharing your knowledge.
Can I just ask you, when you say you recover faster, do you mean you feeling better overall or is that a blood work result???

Good topic to bring up, hcg is something that imo should be run on cycle always. Not post cycle..
Watch this video because it's role is very complicated. Hormonal balance can be a tricky thing it's a great video but typically a dose would be 700-1000 units per week split into two shots.
The sound in the video is low I watched it on my tower and could hear it fine tho.

Thanks for you reply, watched the video sounds all logical. The only issue is that I've watched like hundred of these videos and read few articles, they all doctors or pro athletes, everyone has their own approach and their own timing they incorporate HCH.
I guess you have to try different ways then watch your blood work after every cycle and see which way you recover faster.

So do you personally have the same approach to HCG and how did you recover???
