I found the best way to use it is to use it during the cycle. I would use 200iu every 3 days with 0.5mg of arimidex. This way it stops the balls from ever shutting down and makes it way easier to recover when doing pct; but you definitely need bac water to do this. 5000iu divided by 200iu = 25 doses. Dilute with 2.5ml bac water and use 0.1ml each shot. Use a slin pin and inject sub-q. Keep it refrigerated and it will be good for a couple of months. Hope this helps.

No! You should use it for pct after the test cycle. Do not mix with test and do not use tap water. You need bacteriostatic water which is easily acquired from the many "research chemical" sites on here for a few bucks. ar-r.com is a good one.
