hi can any one write me up a step by step guide on how to get 250iu of hcg as I plan on injecting 250iu twice a week I find the process really confusing.

How many iu's are in the vial?If it's 5000iu's and you added 5cc's of water(1000iu's per cc),that would be 25 ticks on an insulin pin.The vial may not be big enough for 5cc's.So,if you add 2.5cc's of water(2000iu's per cc),that would be 12.5 ticks on an insulin pin.
yes its a 5000ius vial ...... im still confused how much bacteriostatic water to I add to the hcg ? how do I get 250 iu?

I find it quite hard to work out off top of my head lol not used it myself yet but have looked into mixing,dosing ect so your post helped me to.

At that amount,your raising your estrogen quite a bit also.

I would do 100iu for 5 days or 70iu for 7 days. It is easy with an insulin pin. YouTube has videos of doctors with demonstrations setup there for their mail order TRT businesses that show you how from start to finish, start your search there.
