Does anyone know of a clinic in the USA that offers harm reduction for AAS? There are actually several in the UK that offer this service. Also in the Netherlands.
I would like a physician experienced in AAS to look at my labs and offer advice but it appears that this service isn’t offered yet in the USA. The only harm reduction clinics in the USA are for opiate use.
Seems that america is way behind the rest of the world with regard to this.

Coached by retired (very well known) IFBB bodybuilder. He guides my training, cycle and nutrition. He does not recommend harm reduction for obvious liability reasons. I have found a doctor in the UK who will work with me on harm reduction treatment when I coast.
CURRENT CYCLE (just ended)
Dbol 50mg Daily
Tren Ace 200mg M/W/F
Decca 200mg T/Sa
Test Prop 250mg Th/Su
Anastrozole 1mg EOD
HCG 500iu M/W/F
Caber 0.50mg W
**Started this cycle on January 1. Ended cycle 12 weeks
**Started at 205 and 15%bf. Sitting now at 215 and 8% BF and dry AF.
Very few side effects from this cycle.
**Some sleep issues. Resolved with 2x 5HTP 10mg tabs 1 hour before bed,
**Libido was off the charts and I was fucking 2x to 3x a day. Good thing my partner is okay with it.
**Some loss of endurance but got better as cycle went along.
**Some appetite loss but got better by end of cycle.
**Got strong AF. Example: Started incline flies at 70lbs. At end of cycle was doing 110lbs x15 reps and drop set to 60lbs x 30 reps.
NEXT CYCLE (after mitigating any issues with blood). Looking at only lean bulk cycles.

What do you think is so bad about your Liver values - I would say they are pretty good considering what you have been running? All the rest will fall back in line in time.

Do you want someone to look through your Bloodwork and tell you where its bad, or do you want to come off Steroids and not feel like you need them?
No, I've run a comprehensive panel and I know what is and isn't bad. What I need is a MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL to offer harm reduction advice on the bad markers before I go on another cycle. There are a number of doctors that do this in the UK but for some reason doctors in the US shy away from any form of harm reduction for AAS but you can find plenty of doctors willing to assist with harm reduction for opiate addiction which is beyond weird.
I just ran Tren Ace, Test P, Dbol and Decca for 12 weeks. Minimal side effects. Ran blood and several markers are off (AST /ALT, Progesterone, Estradiol, Sex Hormone .... all very off). This is to be expected on Tren A especially but I was surprised by how far off.
Who does it in the UK? All I have seen is Help clinics to get you off AAS if you are addicted to them.
Put your bloodwork up and we will have a look at the markers - I use to run Tren Ace, Test Prop, Dbol and NPP a lot years ago.
High ALT/AST = DBol and Tren Ace
High Progesterone = Two 19 nors at play

This is all just stuff you will be doing yourself when you are running and cycling steroids - they can offer help with TRT courses, bloodwork checks, Gyno reversal and diagnosis if your estrogen is too high, help protect your liver and organs. You don't need to pay a third party to do any of this stuff, its just a way of them earning extra cash from people who haven't researched or looked into running steroids properly. You should know a lot of this stuff before using steroids, the Bloodwork part you will learn as you go along. This is why we discuss bloodwork on here and advise members on various protocols depending on where their levels are at. Harley Street Medical is one of the most expensive practises in London too, they have seen an exploitable opportunity in the current rise in steroid use.
What you could do is look up some of the testosterone/bodybuilding doctors on YouTube and a lot of them will offer a consulting service for a fee. Or even a TRT clinic will probably do the same, especially the ones that advertise on bodybuilding YouTube channels and prescribe shit like Anavar and basically all the ones they can legally prescribe, those are the clinics that will be cool with gear usuals AND have the medical knowledge to help. Its a great service. Im just surprised few others are doing it.
What you need to find is an absolute genius that’s up and coming and not very popular on YouTube who’s doing it for like nothing before they get big and start charging crazy amounts. Three guys that are like experts are Derek from MPMD, VigorousSteve, and Leo and longevity(dead), they don’t offer it anymore, Steve might still. But at one point they were doing it crazy cheap. Now there considered THE experts on steriods. All three of them are amazingly smart and really just understand this stuff like a scientists would, except if that scientist also took the stuff himself lol
just as you advised --- I found someone who was a former pro bodybuilder and is now a physician helping bodybuilders with harm reduction. His rate is about $150 for a Zoom session. Im booking him for next week, Thank you, your advise was the best in the group.
Alright!! Glad I good help man! There’s a couple of guys that are absolute genius’s for this kinda stuff and I love there stuff and I wish I could afford a call with them, but there famous now so they charge like crazy. But that’s super cool you found someone, hope it works out for you!
