Gyno flare up how long to get rid of

So I've been off my ai for a week now because I brought my e2 too low. Now my nipples are burning and my existing lumps are a little swollen. I'm gonna use nolva to get rid of it but I'm wondering how long should it take, I'm gonnna take my arimidex starting tomorrow just at a lower dose

Many people are having luck treating nagging gyno or flare ups with the SERMS Raloxifen or Nolvadex.
Take Letro and kill it, then find an appropriate dose with a proper aromatase inhibitor like Adex or Aromasin/Exemestane. Consult bloods as needed.
Look on pubmed, there is an actual study where they "cured" gyno with 20mg nolvadex daily for 6 months. All of the info is there for you to decide if that's the route you want to take.
You obviously have a serious reoccurring problem even on low doses of test. "existing lumps"........Time to call a doctor and schedule gyno surgery. Everything else is run around at this point.
be careful of using nov and arimidex or aromasin together as it will crash estro completely, to zero pretty much, within a day or two
From your last threads you were advised to lower the adex dose, not cut it off completely. Kneejerk reactions never work out well. Small adjustments make big differences in E2. This is the process of dialing your dose.
Everyone said stop the adex for a week or so. We'll see for certain when bloods come back Monday and then the bloodwork I got when I thought my e2 was high should be in on Tuesday or Wednesday. Good thing was I popped 60 mg of nolva last night and woke up and puffiness and lump went down by half

I would get with flash. I remember reading somewhere him and some guys created a gyno protocol some years ago that successful in knocking gyno out. Specific meds in specific doses.
Good thing is I took nolva last night and already knocked down the gyno about half overnight!

Have you tried using aromasin rather than adex?
Yes but the half life is like 9 hours in men so what would happen was by the nighttime I would need to take another dose and long story short I couldn't get it dialed In right, adex is much easier for me
Nolva is good for right now..turns off receptors in the breast tissue...
Are you currently using AAS?
Yes test at 500 mg, all my cycles I never had a single issue with it flaring after my gyno surgery so this is my first time only because I stopped adex for a week to let my crashed e2 rise and obv it got a little too high and now they are swollen and burn a little so I'm getting back on adex but at half the dose that made me feel like shit and I started nolva but I'm wondering g how long nolva will take to knock it back down. I've only had it for 24 Hours
What's interesting is that you rebounded so quickly...only after a week...seems like it would take a little longer. What was the dose and frequency of Adex?
.25 everyday and felt like it was low, won't know for sure untill bloods come back on monday
So you're on cycle at 500/wk and you dosed Adex high enough to crash estro? If this isn't your first cycle, then why don't you have your AI dialed in, yet? Just curious to know.

I'm not trying to put you on blast but you have wrote at least 3 threads about your estrogen being to low then to high then how much how long. At this point if you can't dial it in you need to get bloods and go from that so your not on a rollercoaster ride I wish you the best of luck brother that's the only advice I can contribute

I got bloods twice this week so when the results come back I'll know more but I got bloods on Tuesday after my joints and all the low e2 symptoms happened and then got bloods this morning because last night my nipples started to burn and today they are puffy and the gland is a little swollen. So I'm guessing Tuesday labs will come back low to normal since I took the test three days after stopping adex so the estrogen might have bounced back into the normal range and then I'm thinking today's labs are going to show high e2.
So you haven't been staying on top of bloods regularly? Do you PCT or are you TRT?
Dang man that sucks i never really have a problem with my ai once my b.o starts to smell a funky as hell I know it's high and once I'm itchy and dry scalp I know it's low
So yes got bloods TWICE this week hoping the labs can help me figure out what is really going on instead of guess. But regardless I started nolva tonight at 60 mgs just wondering how much I should take and how long a flare up takes to go back to normal, it just start last night so like 24s I wouldn't think it would take long to shrink down just wondering if anyone has experience with flare ups. I'll post bloods as soon as they come in! Don't mean to clog the threads just wanna hit the sweet spot and feel good cause I've been feeling like completely shit

I had posted a pic a while back of what I thought could be slight gynecomastia, which it was. I started tamoxifen at 10mg and within about 10-12 days, I noticed a difference. I used 10mg q hs for about 13 weeks. I don't advise that length of time. I wouldn't take 60mg for very long on a daily basis, may be only a few days to a week then, titrate down.
