Gyno after cycle please help

I finished my second 12 week cycle.
600mg test e wk
30mg dianabol ed for the last 3 weeks
Pct was 4 weeks Torem 120/120/90/60
Nolva 40/40/20/20

It has been 4 months since i ended the cycle (during which no gyno symptoms). I woke up today with extremely sore right nipple. I think i even feel a lump forming. I am freaking out and want some advice on my best course of action. I have leftover clomid (pct from first cycle), nolva, adex and torem.
Please help what do i do for now? I plan on seeing a doctor if it gets worse but i wanted to get some opinions what should i take for now?

Sore nipples are not gyno.

Nipple sensitivity happens anytime there is a hormone imbalance.

Unless you can feel a physical lump then you don't have gyno.

You should have post cycle bw 4-6 weeks after succession of PCT.

So if you haven't has labs yet then now is the time to get them, better late then never.

Dacky bellow told you what you have to do , BW and if you don't mind post picture for your chest and post it here and let the guys here decide if you have gyno or no . Maybe you just afraid this will happen to you before . And which AI used while on cycle ?

Only thing to do is get a blood test and go from there. Otherwise you're just guessing. Must day it sounds odd you would be fine for 4 months post PCT abs wake up with gyno one day with no previous signs of high estro.

might be useful to letrozole , a friend of mine used it for 10 days and gyno withdrew consistently up to be reabsorbed , the letro is very powerful as a drug before taking it make sure you have gyno .
