So I'm on week one of pct. My last week I was on cycle my nipple were getting a little tender and so I upped my aromasin a little but it didn't have much effect. (This is for short prop estered cycles) Now here is where I made an observation than can be useful on cycle. Remember prop drops off after 48 hours, once I ended my cycle I didn't get my scheduled eod shot. After missing that one shot, along with normal aromasin dose, there was no soreness the next day in my nipples (completely gone).
It make since because when the test goes down so does the estrogen conversion and it will make the aromasin even more effective. So if you are stuggling with gyno signs on a short estered cycle, miss a shot or push one back a day and see if it helps drastically clear up gyno symptoms.
This is my observation, hope it helps some people and I know some of you won't agree.
