Hey everyone,
Been on TRT for two years, just switched sources on Aromasin, I'm sensitive to test sides even at 180mg split 90mg 2x weekly. Pretty sure I crashed estro with new dosage, will get bloods to confirm but I have done this once before. Super fatigued, no libido, feel like I have flu and achy as shit with joints.
What can I do to get rid of this quick? Just up my test dosage this week to get it to creep back up and lay off Aromasin?

IfbbmoeYea dude I would probably just lay off the aromasin a bit. You could up your test dosage if you want to expedite the process though
joint pain is definitely a low estrogen symptom. What dosage and schedule is your aromasin?? have you used arimidex before?
So I may have misdiagnosed, that same night I posted I had liquid fire shits for 24 hours and crazy stomach pains. I'm pretty sure I had a 48 hour stomach flu.
I'm running 180mg a week test cyp and usually 6.25 E3D Aromasin. The day before the flu I popped 12.5 cause I noticed a little bloat and moon face. I thought the overdose caused estro to crash but when j pinned TNE with my TRT that night I had instant a boner which I don't think would have happened with crashed estro
Anyways 3 days later and I feel like a champ again, thanks for all the replies
get rid of aromasin. Plain and simple. It sounds like you don't respond well to it. Try adex instead it tends to be very low side effect profile for those of us who don't react well to aromasin
hCG, if you have some.. if you don't you should get some and keep it on hand. Aromasin kills your aromatase enzyme.. now your body has to make new ones this could take some time. TNE will help a little, but it how much Estro it makes depends on how much aromataze enzyme is left. I guess it depends how bad you crashed it. And definitely lay off aromasin for a few days. Definitely sounds like you crashed, but still go get bloods. What dose aro are you taking with that low of test?
IfbbmoeThis is a good point. Aromasin is a suicide inhibitor so it will permanently inactivate aromatase to my knowledge. Arimidex won't do that but you have to keep your dose pretty low and it might take a few tries to dial in the correct dose for your try

Apparently a concentrated bottle has got the equivalent of 8 female birth control pills ( Estrogen and Progestin) that will sure sort your crashed estro out quick.
PS this was a joke but you never know but I sure don't advise it ;)

Nice, I'm actually about to start Provi with my TRT, have done a lot of research on it and sounds like it may be good for me, most say to cut back AI dosage as it will increase its effectiveness
Yes...u will need to titrate dose and frequency of ai when u start provi. Monitor for elevated estro sides and get BW as u normally would. I used provi 25mg eod with TE 125mg/week in divided doses. My ai was exemestane and i was using less of it as the provi level built and stabilized......

ive done this myself with aro, i hit 100mg 2 times in the same day about 8 hours apart and felt a great deal better the next day. i also aromatize quick and easy. so it bounced back pretty quick the TNE. id rather deal with getting estrogen down than have it crashed its horrible when it crashes. you may need to hit the TNE 2 or 3 times in the mean time because of the way aromasin works, as a suicide inhibitor. as it binds to the estrogen and makes its useless you will need to add something to get you to basically aromatize a little to get it back up, but also depending on the how much aro is in you, you maybe just feeding the aro until its cleared
