confuse about pct for test e cycle

I have been reading first time cycles, I was aware of pct's. however certain things I dont quite get, like; arimasin, aromadex, letro. It was my understanding that letro was to keep at hand just in case I am not sure what the others are used for, or if needed. Also many pct that I came across have them starting on week three with one if the three aforemention items. Thanks in advance.

I would use aromasin starting at the end of week three. at 12.5mg eod,Aromasin is a suicide aromatase inhibitor that depresses estrogen fabrication within the body by deflecting the aromatase enzyme, this is responsible for estrogen synthesization. If you were to use arimidex there is also a chance for estrogen rebound and there hasn't been any reports of these effects with Aromasin.

Bro i think you need to do a lil more research if ur asking what is adex or aromasin and how to dose it and when to run it.
what about the aromasin at 12.5mg EOD on the two weeks leading up to PCT, and then continue the 12.5mg EOD for the first two weeks followed by 6.25mg EOD for the final Two weeks I believe this is part of zewi's pct protocal and I was planning on following it.
You always need an ai like aromasin or adex to "prevent" gyno (bitch tits), and its always good to have letro on hand just incase ur ai fails and you get lumps on ur tits!... Pct for a long ester like test E or C is ran 15 days after last shot....but if your doing a Test prop taper then pct is ran 3 days after last test P shot.
Standard Pct should look like this:
Clomid- 100/100/50/50
Nolva- 40/40/20/20
(Clomid starts up balls again)
(Nolva blocks gyno at nipples)
