Clomid dosage PCT test e only 12week cycle (Help)

Seeking a little advice here as I have seen that there are many many different dosages for PCT
Weeks 1-5 500mg
Weeks 6-12 750mg
(Test E Only )
I have Clomid for Pct
I've seen people say
50/50/50/50
100/100/50/50
And some others saying 150mg days 1-2,
100mg 3-15, 50mg 16-30.
What does everyone recommend?
