Cabergoline - Sources and Effects

It seems to me that it's hard to find reliable cabergoline these days. Does anyone feel they have a good source? Also, what effects do you look for that lets you know its good stuff?

Do some research. Also, there is no source mentioning in open forums. Ask for someone to pm you that information. And if you ask more politely, you are more likely to get an answer.
