Aromasin vs Arimidex for Bloat??

I usually use Aromasin on cycle because it's proven to be stronger and more effective for reducing gyno. But recently I read an interesting article showing that Arimidex is better for bloating? What are yalls opinions and experiences?

PcushionBloating is off label use. Neither drug was designed for bodybuilding purposes but either drug will reduce edema. It all comes down to personal preference as Ashop said. I don’t use an AI any more but when I did I preferred aromasin. I do not care for the rebound non suicidal inhibitors cause.
username60001Assuming your bloat is caused by high E2 levels, both AI will fix bloating. Personally, I'm using Armidex as the side effects for hair loss is lower but I believe Aromasin is easier to dose as it's a suicidal inhibiator.
Either are fine, both are great AI's. Personal preference.
Arimidex has a much longer half life and as such has been easier for controlling bloat in my personal experience with my body. It’s stronger on a mg/mg basis and can be taken less frequently. That’s the issue with crashing estrogen too though. It’s half life is 60 hours compared to 24 with aromasin. Do you already know how half lives work and all?
shoxingbiceps17Yes I am familiar with half lives. I've always used Aromasin, but its been a few years since I've cycled and lately there seems to be different views on which AI controls bloat better
controlling bloat is about controlling estrogen. whichever you prefer or can control better is the one you should go with. one doesn't help more than the other if your e2 is the same in my experience
I use Adex and am ok wit the results!
I used adex for most cycles, switched to aro to try and will stick with aro from now on.
I didn’t see much of a deference far as bloat goes to be honest , I believe diet will dictate that. But I like knowing there’s not estrogen just floating around like with adex, aro doesn’t bind it eliminates estro completely, and it also seemed to work faster if I had some sides showing signs of high estro...
Works great and not as harsh as letro
End of the day, it’s a preference thing, both work imo but for guys who have to really watch the flare ups, aro is the way to go no doubt!
AnonI know a man on TRT in America who had follow up blood work done 6 weeks after starting TRT of 100mg of Test C a week and his E came back high and he was prescribed Anastrozole (Arimedex) for it.
Edit: he was at 200 something total T and 100mg of test C a week brought him up to almost 700 total T.
In my opinion Aro is easier to handle and can't crash your E2 so heavy as Ari can do it. Try it and don't forget to do bloods , you'll see and feel which AI works for u or not.
Imo aromasin definitely can crash you as hard. I once took 6.25 mg aromasin 3 times in a week on my trt. I realised after the third dose I'd fucked up. I waited 10 days did bloods and my estro was 12. So it was certainly crashed into oblivion
