This question is very moot. Aromasin starts working very quickly and reduces almost 40% of circulating estrogens within 4-5 hours of taking it at a regular dose. "After injection" Timing doesn't matter that much in all honesty and the drug has a very long half life of around ~3-4 days. Since it's a suicide inhibitor, it takes time for the receptors to create more estrogen... which is why Aromasin is one of the best.. it quickly reduces circulating estrogen and then prevents estrogen from rebounding quickly.. as it slowly starts to creep back in.

Now all of what I mentioned is based on pure memory and I'm not a science nerd so if I made any errors/mistakes in how I phrased something or something I said, pardon me.. but, that is the gist of it.

The more you use gear, the better you start to understand your body and know when you should take it and whatnot. I know very well when my estrogen is getting too high to where it overrides benefits for me.. Otherwise, I let my estrogen run on the higher side--- but after a certain amount, I get emotional or emotionally on edge, higher blood pressure, and fatigue/lack of proper sleep.

I also know just how much aromasin to take and when to get myself in the sweet spot on various/different cycles/compounds.
Nothing quite like experience and blood work.

Edit: Lastly, Its very important to know if your Aromasin is legit or not. For a while there was alot of fake stuff going around.. Now that's something no one can really help you with besides a lab that does testing so you need to do your due diligence. I'm lucky enough to still have pharma stuff.

Really doesn't matter at all. Best to take with food/fats for absorption. It takes around 24 hours after dose for peak effect and that slowly tapers off the following days. Obviously ED will be more stable blood levels, but its half life and effect is long enough to take eod or even less. Would help to know what compounds you're taking. You're most likely using long ester compounds like cyp or e and those take 5-6 weeks to fully saturate so dosing aromasin around injection is absolutely meaningless. Even prop takes a day or two so unless you're using TNE or fast acting orals it won't matter.
