A little gyno help

I have a lump under my left nipple and its kinda itchy, i have been taking armidex at .25 eod so should i up that or should i add nolva and take both until it goes away ??
Any advice would help thanks

mazarThat tells you one thing estrogen is dominating at the momment you have to shift it arround. You might have to go up to 1-2mg of adex eod try upping the dose slowly until your sides are gone, 1mg ed should do it. Did you had the lump before your cycle? Or you just flared up? You might need letro. Also dont go running 0.25mg eod ever again that dose doesnt sound right for you. Stick to 0,5mg-1mg ed/eod.
AnonDO NOT take nova while on cycle..
up your a-dex, or step it up and get yourself some aromasin.

Why no nolva if gyno hits?
I understand why AIs are preferred over SARMS, but if gyno starts, nolva seems to do folks right a lot.
Is there a risk that outweighs the benefits of nolva for folks worried about gyno?
mazarIt reduces gh and igf-1 by 20% or so which is not ideal for growth. Supposedly beeing an agonist for the liver negates the decrease in igf but many think otherwise. I would use nolva but only with aromasin never alone if i ever run out of raloxifene.
Depends what your cycle is, list it and will be able to advise better, but if just on test, either up you adex to 1mg ED or hop on letro 2.5mg ED til sides go down.
