Anytime I want the flavor of salt on something, I'll use just a quick crack of sea salt and few pinches of potassium.

Hi have you tried Hawthorn berry tablets they can lower bp wile training i use them and i'm 41 mate !
Hawthorn berry 30 tablets may help to improve circulation and also help to support muscle contraction and have blood pressure lowering effects to the heart. The primary benefit of hawthorn is as a tonic for the heart. It contains no artificial flavours or preservatives, no added sugar, salt or colours. They are also gluten free, wheat free, yeast free, dairy free and soya free.
Hope this helps
All the comments below seem well on point, but I like coq10 and raw ACV myself. I think it's mostly hereditary IMO. I really don't have problems anymore. I did when I first started AAS years ago. It seemed to have went away cuz I found ways to deal with side effects better and/or I became more wise with my use and NOT abuse
I really appreciate you taking the time to comment
Just drink half your body weight in oz of water everyday too. It helps regulate your BP, electrolytes...sodium excess etc.
Seems like it's just a genetic/age thing. I'm young and nothing has ever given me blood pressure problems. You could either talk to your doc and get an rx for some Bp meds or try to go the natural route with Hawthorne berry extract, celery seed extract etc. or just don't take drugs that give you problems.
Yes you are absolutely correct i could see my doctor and get possible Rx which i never want to do. Im not having any BP issues Im just wanting to protect myself and this was always something that I wanted to bring up not just myself but for anyone who enjoys DBOL
Nothing has worked for me with dbol. Kind of V below, I hit late 30s and 40 and bam cant do the orals, at least not the more potent ones! Drol,dbol... Aspirin a day helps with things like EQ for me but not the orals.
I surely understand what you are saying. Im thankful that you contributed to this discussion as you're not only helping me but your brothers from other mothers
The only way I've found is to not take it. Once it turned forty, many aas raised my BP significantly.
You just have to experiment and see what works and what doesn't. I never found any OTC's or the like that would lower it on some aas. I've simply decided not to risk it and stay away from those drugs that raise my BP.
I've actually not missed anything and it's made me work harder on my diet and training, which is better in the long run.
So how have you managed your BP. Its smart advice you mention just don't take it. I wonder if dose plays a part in increasing BP. Diet and hardwork is truly the best approach to take. DBOL isn't necessary in cycles but of course it does work and aids your bodybuilding efforts. Your input is paramount and Im sure that you have given some others something to ponder. Thank you!
As I got older, I found that even test raised my bp a little. I tried every natural remedy, but never got any significant results (that's me, others do). I finally went to my doctor and he put me on a super low dose of bp meds and that did the trick. I'm TRT, so I'm always using test, albeit low doses, but it still affects me. I still use fish oil and the like.
I'm very careful if I ever blast (which is rare). Anavar is fine for me and low Deca is okay as well. You just have to experiment and stay on top of it.
I'm amazed how differently my body reacts to aas as I get older. Just have to be carful, which is good practice anyway.
You could take a baby aspirin everyday. I do, and it helps with the BP. I also take low dose Cialis on a daily basis to help with it as well. Keep your sodium intake low (I noticed mine skyrockets if I have a shitty cheat meal), and try to keep your caffeine low.
Edit: do you smoke?
I don't smoke well i did back in college but not tobacco it was that green stuff. I have heard that an aspirin a day does have its benefits. I try my best to keep my sodium in check and i use garlic like its crazy. Me personally I need to limit my caffeine and just be wiser concerning my cheat meals. I normally go for cookies brownies and ice cream as my cheat meal. OMG brownie cookies make me weak i can't resist them.
Clean diet with low sodium, some cardio and magnesium can help you
Im definitely following your advice and I think others will appreciate you dropping some knowledge on us. Thank you!
For BP you need to keep your water intake high and use an ai. For me it helps to maintain cardiovascular even on a bulk and I also take an aspirin everyday. Limiting your salt intake will also help. All of this works for me but BP is very personal so be diligent in finding a way to control yours.
I try my best to stay hydrated as this dang water your body app is always letting me know its time to drink. Im not big on sodium, i try my damnedest to limit my intake of sodium rich foods. Thanks for the aspirin advice as well its extremely appreciated by the masses
