winstrol - oral dosage

i'm about to start taking winstrol for the first time. Been on a test/Deca cycle but dropped the Deca about 4 weeks ago. Now just want to run winny for the last 4 weeks of my cycle, to get a hard, dry look, along with my 800mg test pw. What would be a good dosage and how should i split it throughout the day?

naguib123why did u drop deca....it sounds like u didnt do much planning, u always gotta plan with this kind of shit. are u on a bulking cycle or cutting cycle

Don't know my bf % to be honest.... I don't tend to hold much fat - would say around 15%
At around 15% you aint going to benfit from winny, you will more then likely think your winstrol is bunk or underdosed. Best bet would be to hold of on the winny until you get your bf in the single digits.
