What supplements or vitamins should I be taking, during cycle?

Very new to all this. I was curious if I needed to take any vitamins or supplements during my cycle? Currently taking anavar, HGH, Sus 250. I know N2guard will protect the liver but, wasn't sure what else I needed to be aware. I also take a beta blocker for heart. Any advice would really help. My first goal is to drop the gut.

TricepatopsStop your cycle. You don't have to throw your gear away but right now stop. Get educated more about gear and when you are educated enough and have some bloods done then proceed but most people don't run deca higher then test and if you are trying to lose weight then skip deca. But at 10 mgs of car you are wasting money and not getting anything with that low of a dose. Need at least 40 to 50 mgs a day. Also if you have low test and your doctor wants you to go on test tell him you can't afford the gel and go to the injection which should be around 80 a month if you use goodrx. That is if your insurance doesn't cover it. Gels and creams are a waste at least for me they were so inconsistent and if you are hairy then it makes absorbing it that much harder. But what you are doing right now is a waste of your time and money and will most likely make you worse overall when you are done. Good luck. And if you need help keep asking. I am not going to say you are a troll or not because I like to believe people really do need help and wouldn't be a dick to us here. We try to help people here and also save people from doing harm to their bodies and causing irresponsible damage or worse to your body and mind.

Sus 250 .5mL (125mg) 1x a week? 1x a week is not often enough for Sustanon.
20 CC's of HGH a day? 1cc = 1mL. That will probably kill you and be an incredibly expensive death too.
10mg of Anavar a day will do almost nothing unless you're a woman.

Molinin302Better profile stats would help, have you had bloodwork done? Regardless, for me it's fish oil, tumeric, and milk thistle. I don't run harsh orals, but properly dosed use of milk thistle is smart. B6 when I'm running nandrolone. But yeah buddy, share a little more about yourself.

I got in a bad car accident about 2 yrs ago and was in a wheel chair for 6 months. I haven't been in good shape for several years. I'm a recovering alcoholic and addict, just celebrated a year. I love sports, played all growing up. Went on to wrestle in college. I wasted many years using, but the gym has become my new sanctuary. Just started working out about 2 weeks ago. Name is Dusty.

dvanengelenThe only thing new to me is gear. I was 2x all American in wrestling, trained at the OTC (Olympic training Center) in and out the gym all my life. I got down 3% body fat when training. The car accident kept me from the gym for the last 2 years.

If you are new to steroids stop the compounds you are currently taking, including the HGH.
Buy some Test Enanthate and take 400mg per week, split into 2 injections.
Take all the normal Vitamins you would normally get Via a good Multivitamin tablet, get extra Zinc and B's also. On just Test you don't really need extra liver protection but if you want to buy some Tudca and NAC powder.
Keep your head up - I am effectively a recovering alcoholic also, 7 years sober next month. Sometimes things can be a bit brutal on here if you come on talking of effectively a medium to advanced cycle when you are a complete beginner - Don't take it to heart and keep on improving yourself everyday :-))
