+ 2 what is the longest cycle you run

ad

The longest cycle I had was EQ + Test 14 weeks.

I see some guys running longer, is there are benefit or the health risk are not worth it.

Im sure you did bloods, you checked your lipids, you gave blood, all those things right? Because otherwise, how the fuck do you know there was no health issues? Can you see inside your body? your stats say 5 foot 10 and 195 pounds so I guess a 6 month cycle was worth it. Cutting back for you should mean quitting because clearly they are doing nothing for you. Dont post shit like this again because you advocate how NOT to do cycles.

His body building a "tolerance" is also the dumbest thing I have ever heard...

I'm doing something similar. I'm building an intolerance for abject stupidity.

6 months on gear to be under 200lbs st 5-10? You guys make me laugh.

If you compete go for it, if you just a gym rat like most of us then not worth it. 16 weeks has been my longest one.

22 week EQ Test cycle, even with my TRT the crash was bad

My last cycle was 28 weeks long. Never ever do it again. Already finished my second pct and I am still shut down hard. I am not sure if I ever fully recover from a such long cycle.

this is what I am worried about, it feels so good when you are on it is so hard to stop.

I was reading somewhere that Arnold was whole year on deca and dbol back then, I do not know if it is true

General question we know, but these type are dangerous. Longest cycles should always be the ones that work. Long cycles mean long recovery and should be left to the ones that compete. Average joe weightlifter should stick with 12 weeks.
