-2 Wanting to run test and Deca.

ad

I'm currently running test250 twice a week an deca200 twice a week but only doing 1/2 ml per dose of Deca. Thinking about upping test to three times a week and Deca three times a week. Looking to see if that's to much juice going into my body or not. I'm also going to start running P6 red from Cellucore . The dose is two pills in morning and two at bed time. I also am taking devour from Nubreed and its one pill before every meal.

With your attitude towards answers I can honestly say ....you have no business being here right now until you learn to take the advice given

What pisses me off....you started a post just a few days ago where people asked about your diet etc and with myself offering a bit help via PM with your diet before you wasted your time and money running a cycle giving your weight is that of a teenager.

And for some reason you have totally ignored this and now wasted space and people's time but starting another post

When will you fuckers ever learn that this site is full of people with knowledge and people that pass honest advice rather than just saying what they think people may want to here.

The guys that swear they eat so much every day don't in reality when they're monitored in a lab setting. It's actually a form of a mental delusion, and when they write their food intake out they figure out they aren't really eating anything.
I couldn't give less of a damn what you do to your own body but everyone here gave you solid advice. Eat more, train harder, and shelve the gear until you learn how to do that. Or you're pissing away your health and money for nothing, since you'll never be able to hold whatever minimal gains you do get because you built it all solely due to drugs. That's about as simple and straightforward as I can make it. No one is going to coddle you and tell you you're doing everything right when there's clearly some serious changes that need to be made...

These guys are trying to "give a fk" when you clearly are not! Don't ask questions you don't want to know the answer to! Because you are getting the right answers brother.

AAS simply speed up the recovery process. Not enough food for the process...steroids can't do their job. When you lift you are damaging the muscle. Where does the body get it's means of recovery? Not a pill...not a syringe filled with oil...NUTRIENTS...ie...food! You need an abundance of food(nutrients) to facilitate repair.

Heres a way of looking at it...if your gas tank is empty...you can throw a fuckin supercharger on the engine but your ass still isn't going anywhere. How do we know your gas tank is empty? Because of your weight brother. Creatine alone and tons of food got me from 160 to 190 back in the day! Just fkn creatine!

To gain muscle you must take eating seriously, lifting seriously...if not you might as well inject olive oil. This mentality worked for me...lift till you feel pain! Then eat till you feel pain. Set the syringe down and pick up a fork...in fact what needs to be in your hands are either utensils, weights....or titties and ass:) knuckles

Look bro,I know you think you eat, i truly believe you believe it. I was right there with you about 5 years ago, 5'11 125lbs, that was my starting weight when i first picked up a dumbbell. Everyone told me to eat, all my friends, just eat alot, i thought i was. Then i started tracking my calories first by writing down everything I ate, and then myfitnesspal came out and made my life very easy. What i thought was "alot" was less then 2000 cals per day. I eat somewhat big one day, and be to stuff from the day before to eat the next day. So after tracking my calories and realzing I wasnt eating NEARLY enough food i set a goal, 3000 calories per day and I met it every single day. I didnt eat the best foods all the time, i was a beginner but i made sure to get in 180-200g of protein, and filled the rest with carbs and fats. It wasnt optimal, but you know what happened? Well luckily my best friends are all monsters, natural monsters, 6'2 245, 6'2 230 and my other workout partner was around that same size, so these dudes knew how to lift. And they showed me the way, I did what they did, deads, squats, bench, all the big important lifts, you went from 125-140 on a 10 week steroid cyce, I did it in about 12 weeks with no steroids, so after about 7 months training with them starting at 3000 cals and eventually moving up a bit more I went from a stick skinny 125lbs to 165ish pounds. was it all muscle? No, but a good chunck of it was, i still had abs, my strenght went though the fucking rough, after 9 months my 1 rep on deads was 405. So i gained 15lbs with no steroids in the same time you gained 15lbs with steroids, fuck with my eating and training I would have gained 40+ easy. But first off I was scared of using steroids and what they could do to my health, and second my friend who never even used before told me If I ever was gonna I needed to build a base first. So after a little over 2 years I was up to 185lbs or so. And thats when I decided to run a cycle, could I have gone farther naturally? Probably a bit, my genetics suck, hence being fully grown 21 year old at 125lbs, based off some of the models and data compiled over the last 40 years it says no that was close to my max but nothings set in stone, I probably could have pushed a bit farther, but I build a pretty decent base, I looked like i lifted, I outgrew my clothes 4-5 times in that time I spend naturally, I proved to myself I had a pretty good grasp on diet and training and what it took to gain seeing how i add 60 fucking pounds to my tiny frame. And i proved to myself I loved to lift and loved the liftstyle and I was in it for the long haul, not a phase like so many people i see. Get some gear, gives them motivation, run a cycle, add alot of water, tiny bit of muscle, come off cycle no more motivation and they give up lifting. all that stress on the body for what??

Just seeeing how you included your using P6 red tells me your not ready and have no grasp on hormones becuase first off i didnt even know what that crap was, the only otc supps i take is some whey, creatine, glutamine and bcaas, the rest are wortlesss, but that P6 is a test booster, your not gonna boost your natural test levels when your injecting exogenous testosterone, its not physicallly possible. You should have a basic grasp on bio chem regarding the endocrine system and HPTA before using gear, if you dont you have no clue what this stuff is acutally doing to your body.

So back to the eating, go online and find a 6 meal bodybuilding diet for 3000 calories a day, get on a program that emphases frequecny over volume, a program where you hit everything twice a week becuae at 125 youre not moving much weight which means very little tax to your CNS so you can run a program like that, i did for my first 2 almost 3 years. a once a week split isnt gonna do much for you. It would even be best to run something like starting strength, or madcows 5x5, both great programs to build a base. Put that together with the 3000 calories and youl make gains faster at the same rate as alot of us here using sterids. Seriously, the reason they should be used is because naturually its not possible anymore, but add some gear and one starts growing again. Alot of these guys are so big that 10lbs of 20 week cycle would be a massive success, thats a half pound per week, the exact rate a natural at your bodyweight can gain muscle if you do everything correctly.

Where do u all get 5 years from. I started lifting and two months later I gained 10 pounds

Catalyst's picture

LMFAO.

Too funny.

SwoleNATION's picture

What's funny

Catalyst's picture

Really? Haven't worked it out from the feedback so far? How direct do you want me to be? (How easily offended are you is probably a better question).

SwoleNATION's picture

Just get tired of everyone saying I need to eat when I do eat. I gained a good bit of weight on test only, and I was only on it for 10 weeks

Catalyst's picture

OK Fella I'll play nicely. I see you're 140lbs and you started using gear when you were 125lbs. That's a piss poor decision and it looks incredibly lazy to be honest. You don't use steroids at your size, you've clearly not grasped diet / training or both yet and you've built no base naturally. Not even a small amount of muscle, nothing. You just dived into gear for a quick win I assume?

When I say "you haven't grasped diet", look at your above response:

just get tired of everyone saying I need to eat when I do eat

Clearly not enough though is it? If it was, you wouldn't be smaller than my ex catwalk model wife would you? So instead of getting frustrated, fix it, eat more. I'll tell you that you don't eat enough. Doesn't matter if you agree or not, it's a fact. Maybe you do too much cardio too? If you're not gaining weight either too much fuel is being used or not enough fuel is going in.

I've been involved in this game slightly longer than you've been alive. I'll 100% guarantee you that until you work out how to eat and train properly, you'll never hold onto the gains you make on steroids. You need to build a base first, then you have the nutrition and training protocol in place to keep a decent percentage of it when you come off. You don't have this. You're not even close. To put it in context a guy if your height shouldn't be anywhere near steroids until they're 190-200lbs. You're 140 AFTER a cycle.

I own a gym. If I catch guys of your size running gear, I ban them. I have done several times, even though it costs me money. Not to be an arsehole, because you're taking worthless risks unnecessarily. This game is a long haul, you aren't going to turn into Phil Heath in a year. I picked up a Dumbell for the first time nearly 30 years ago, I'm still not happy and that's with fairly strong genetics.

Eroids will not advise a guy of your size on steroids. This was made pretty clear in your other post, typing up another one is pretty disrespectful to the community and to be honest it makes you look a little stupid. You may not like the feedback you're getting, but it's the right feedback. It's the sensible and responsible approach. If you don't like it, you'll need to go elsewhere as that will not change for you, me or anyone else. Anyone that advises you in steroid doses is an idiot.

We already covered this, you are not fkn ready so stop making new posts asking the same questions. Gain about 40 pounds and then come back. BUT since you already started wasting your money let us know how it works out for you, you know the 3 pounds you will gain and then lose from a cycle. EAT MORE FKN FOOD AND PUT AWAY THE GODAMN AAS.

SwoleNATION's picture

I ran test last cycle and went from 125 to 140 so the gear is helping and I eat so stop telling me to eat and give me advice on proper dosage.

IrishMack's picture

No way, Eating is all I'll tell you to do, thats what you need. You gained 15 pounds in 5 years learn the hard way I guess since you wont get any advice other then eat more and train harder.

SwoleNATION's picture

Looking to see if it's to much or two little of doses?

Dickkhead's picture

Didn't we cover most of this in your following post, maybe not the nuances but in general?

https://www.eroids.com/forum/steroids-qa/anabolic-steroids/best-way-to-t...

No need to post again, bro.

SwoleNATION's picture

I wanted more feed back and the question is diffent. I'm asking if that to much juice to take.

IrishMack's picture

EAT MORE FOOD DROP THE AAS, How fkn clear do we have to make it? Are you just stupid or retarded? You will gain NOTHING from a cycle FFS.
