Uv sterilizer. Useful for oils?

Read about uv hand help machine that sterilizes surface in minute and water in five minutes.
Can this be used on ug vials to steralize just in case. You dont actually touch surface or water just hold over and around clear container

If you were cooking your own gear, I could see where UV might be useful to use on the oil before mixing. But a trial run would always be best.
It's an interesting thought, the type of glass used in the vials may or may not block UV rays.
Also something to consider, will exposing the vial to strong UV rays alter the contents.
Yeah, id be scared of uv causing probs.
some even bake their gear, id never for fear of destroyed goods
