Two Choices
ad
I am currently about five weeks into a 600 mg/week test-e blast. I had a subluxation of my shoulder about a week ago and decided to rest upper body to let swelling go down and let my body heal. This is a long term issue for me and something I have dealt with since high school and college. I have had both shoulders reconstructed and have learned how my body reacts to these "events". I am trying to decide whether to extend blast by four weeks (typical time to heal) or just drop back to trt dose and start over once fully healed. I welcome input and advice from the community.

330 Is a pretty high cruise IMO. Sounds like your on the right track. Im sure squats are out if your shoulder is messed up and you pretty much are done with upper body for now. You should always have reachable goals though. I would concentrate on therapy for the shoulder and hit the cardio hard but watch your bp still running 330. Last but not least diet, diet, diet! Good luck bro!
Meant my free t runs 330 on trt. My trt is 200 eow from endo but I run at 100 a week. Thanks for the advice.
I would go ahead and stay "on" for a few weeks and see how it goes..I mean if this is something that happens to you time to time then you know how long it takes to heal. If it looks like its not going to heal in that time frame then yeah..Drop back to your TRT dose..It will even most likely speed up the healing process.. If you are a true TRT case you DO NOT want to cut it out..It will 100% slow down your healing if you do. III%
Test runs at around 330 at trt that's about as low as I am willing to go. Will probably drop to prescribed dose and drop bf%. Am in a groove with diet and cardio and should take advantage.
I have been completely OFF (even came off cruise) to deal with an ongoing shoulder issue. It's a tough choice and one only you can make but for me I try an play the long game. The shoulder is only second to the back that you don't really know how fucked you are without it until it goes down. I'm mid rehab and will be going back on cruise this weekend (after almost 2months) and will start bringing myself back to the gym (slowly) mid November
Could be an opportunity to work on your legs a bit harder than usual?
To be honest, your stats say you're at 18%bf. I'd suggest you only cruise until you've dropped that down a few percent.
Don't argue that. Been running around 3 miles a day and have dropped cals about 500 below maintenance since the issue, so that is direction I am heading. Sometimes your body tells you direction to go.
Theres your answer. Use this as an unfortunate opportunity to get the diet and cardio nailed, ready to start your next blast cycle in a considerably better position than you were in when you started this one. Could he the best cycle you've ran as a result.
Wish you a speedy recovery with the shoulder injury brother.
