Trenbolone & Red Meat

ad

As a regular user of Tren Ace i often experience the lethargy that goes with it (I run 1ml ED) and only recently thanks to these boards have realized it could be my T3 levels crashing. Having read various conflicting reports as yet I haven't decided to supplement with this. But almost by chance I think I may have discovered that by adding red meat to my diet which I never normally consume this lethargy has almost completely gone! I know its stuffed with iron and zinc but does anyone else find this? I normally just eat chicken & fish as my meat sources btw

Like Dangerdave88 noted the most common well regarded thing for Tren lethargy is low dose T3 (12.5mcg) every day. I love Prami too, it battles the insomnia and bad moods pretty well so if you think the Tren lethargy could be caused by lack of quality sleep it's a good option. I don't eat much red meat either so I'll have to try adding more the next time I'm on..

I also try not to include too much red meat in my diet (chicken, fish and egg guy myself) but when I do an occasional tren cycle I replace my whey isolate with beef isolate to try and get the most from it. I haven't dealt with lethargy on tren but I am also not a regular tren user. Thought I'd throw this out there as a possible alternative to suit your needs

I have also noticed this. I always have red meat in my diet. I only stop it 8 weeks out from a show but other than that year round I eat lean burgers and steak.
I get regular blood work on and off cycles (I cruise) and have yet to notice any effect on my thyroid from red meat. Tren wrecks my thyroid tho around week 4-5 of acetate so I use t3 always at just a small dose 1x a day and I am good. Great observation man! I thought I was just a random person and my case was singular.

Excellent info!

I've read many times that Tren can cause hypothyroidism in some people who use it. Tren and I don't get along, so I have no real personal experience.

I've also read that L-tyrosine could help with this. Again, I'm not sure on the pathways or pharmacodynamics behind this theory.

Never had that problem with tren other than occasional lack of sleep. However I always include lean red meats in my diet.

Never heard of this but interesting theory. I never have problems with lethargy while on TREN but know some do.

Sounds like you found a nice healthy solution. However, nothing is better than a blood test. I always supplement with T3 on Tren because as the cycle wears on my T3 will crash. If your T3 is starting to dip it will only get worse and it will eclipse any healthy dietary changes you may wish to make. So, check it.

Rusty I got a few questions about the cycle I'm on. Can you help?
