A lot of the time when my girl pins me, my glute swels for about three day and she does a good job and where very sterile about how clean every thing is and it never gets real hot so I don't think its an infection. Don't know what to do. And I'm on supertest450 2ml every 4days and 1/4 ment everyday .

tread-mSuper450 is gonna be harsh brother....warm the gear, very relaxed, run it in VERY slow, massage the hell out of the sight for quite a while and apply heat. Apply heat again later if needed, helps to move the oil. Do it all right and you may still have problems with ST.
Once she's done have her rub it in a circle for about 20sec Lightly. That seems to help me alot cuz my girl does it for me also. If i remember right test450 is gonna leave pip no getting around it lol.
