Bad Idea, the break down of sustanon is...
30 mg propionate
60 mg phenypropionate
60 mg isocarproate
100 mg decanoate
The isocarproate and decanoate will just be kicking in when you about to rap up your cycle. You are better off with just prop if you are running a 30 day cycle.
BirmonSust, deca, and Dbol is a great cycle if you can get your hands on those. One of my favorites. I'm doing 750mg sust, 500 mg Deca EW, and 50mg Dbol ED. On week 6 of a 12 weeker. Good luck bud!

Birmon1.75 g of sust a week is too much. 500-1000 is plenty. Twice a week is fine. Monday morning, Thursday night works great. Once a week is fine too, a lot of people run it that way as well.

IronCladdbingo^^ been bangin the sust 400 monday mornings and thursday nights. total of 800mg a week which is plenty. i came across similar findings tho, right on!
