I DO NOT suggest using Aromasin or an AI during PCT. It throws your estrogen into the ground which is needed in PCT.
Honestly for a mild cycle Nolva at 20/20/10/10 is more than enough.
If you are running a harsher cycle hCG should be used with Nolva run at 6 weeks.
Aromasin: 12.5/12.5/6.25/6.25
Nolva: 40/40/20/20
Clomid: 100/100/50/50

This is a good pct. The aromasin you can take daily. If you notice creaky joints take every other day. But this is the traditional pct most of us use here.
The nolva can go 20/20/10/10 or can be switched out for toremifene and dosed at 90/60/60/30.
