+ 17 SUPERDROL REVISITED

I have noticed some increased and reinvigorated interest in Superdrol lately.The point of this post is to get some user reports.I would like to see the basics......Length of use,dosage and results.Along with diet and training program that was used and any side effects.Perhaps a general overall opinion and if you would recommend it to someone else,who and why. I will provide some basic information first.

SUPERDROL (called methasteron, and methyldrostanolone)
2a,17a-dimethyl-5a-androst-3-one-17b-ol
This is Masteron in an oral form without an ester chain and with a C-17aa modification allowing it a liver pass
Syntex first created in 1959 but "never received a pharmaceutical push"
Legality in US:
Was legal until 2011.There after there were several products spun from superdrol,with a variety of names .It is now currently illegal to possess in US.It had since been replaced by a similar but different drug called Dymethazine."Its chemical structure is basically composed of two superdrol molecules bonded by a nitrogen atom, which basically changes its nomenclature; thus, it is not converted under the superdrol ban, as it is technically a different drug"

HALF LIFE: 8-9 hours
EFFECTS:
Anabolic Rating: 400.This is 4 times higher then masteron . (anabolic/androgenic rating testosterone 100/100)
Androgenic Rating: 20 (Which is relatively mild)

Superdrol carries NO estrogenic nature.Gynecomastia and water retention are impossible with this steroid.There is NO need for an AI.There have been some bro science reports suggesting contrary but they carry no scientific legitimacy.

Although low androgenic rating there is still potential for acne and hair loss.Hair loss will only happen in those with a genetic predisposition to male pattern baldness.FINASTERIDE will NOT help.

CHOLESTROL:Superdrol may impact cardiovascular health.Increasing LDL(bad cho.) and decreasing LDL (good chol.). It may also negatively impact blood pressure by elevating it.Users,especially those prone or with existing conditions,should supplement accordingly. Proper diet avoiding saturated fats,sugars and sodium would be highly advised.....Diet should be rich in omega fatty acids and fish oils.If prone to high BP there are several great threads on natural aids.For cholesterol support I would recommend doing some research on a product called GW50156.Science has not been confirmed but suggests that even low doses will help both HDL and LDL.I have personally experimented with this product and gotten significant positive results.I would recommend that each person do there own research.If you are on a prescription for cholesterol or BP I would advise continuing the meds and monitoring your conditions.

NATURAL TESTOSTERONE WILL BE SUPPRESSED.It will be significant so using exogenous testosterone is highly advised.I have used a low ass 250mg per week and as high as 750mg per week with my superdrol cycle.I have actually found the lower end to be effective and personal never required a large dose.Even when using 50mg+ per day.This is certainly something I would like the users experience to comment on.

PCT IS REQUIRED.A full 4 week PCT would definitely be advised.Although you may be able to get away with a shorter PCT depending on length and amount of use.I would still suggest the EROIDS standard of clomid -100/100/50/50 nolva -40/40/20/20. Many if not most of us will be using this as part of a larger cycle I am sure

HEPATOXICITY:
like all C17-aa anabolic steroids, is hepatotoxic and can potentially stress and damage the liver.If you have an alreadt damaged or weakened liver you should ABSOLUTELY steer clear of this and similar steroids.

Each individual's liver will experience a different amount of strain from Superdrol as well as with other C17-aa steroids.Regardless,if you do decide to use Superdol I would consider liver protection a must.Once again,we have several threads that can be research.Live52,milk thistle and tudca are among a few that I would recommend.However,it is important to understand that these supplement will only aid in mitigating the strain on the liver.They are not build to completely protect from any possible harm.If you are someone like me ,there will be no adequate protection.Others can use large doses of C17-aa with very little elevation in enzyme count.Just like with any other compound it is important to know your body and watch closely for negative effects so that you understand the potential harms and level of risk that you face. I personally use TUDCA and milk thistle with 1 other product,such as liv52.I find this to be the most reliable combo.I also use a peptide BPC-157 for organ support and protection.I have found benefits in liver ,heart and kidney health.This is another 1 I recommend researching.

DOSAGE:
The consensus is 20-40 mg. Experienced users may go as high as 50mg+.I would always recommend starting low and rating side effects and tolerance to the drug before increasing.I would not go as high as 50mg until completing at least 1 if not 2 successful cycles.Users will dose anywhere from 1 to 4 times daily.Given the 8-9 hour half life I would recommend dosing at least am and pm.I have found the most success dosing 3 times daily.With or without food.

CYCLE LENGTH:
This can be anywhere from 3-6 weeks depending on where you are placing it and your goals.Many will be using it as a kickstart in which case I would suggest around the 4 week mark.However,I would leave the length open to as many as 5.Different people will react differently.Some may be able to stack on 15 lbs(reaching their goals) in as little as 4 weeks.Some may take longer.Perhaps you are only looking to stack on 5lbs real quick,in which case 3 weeks may suffice.As we already know ,with a strong compound like superdrol,the longer the length and higher the dose the more risk that we involve.I have personally found that 4 weeks is a good mark.Side effects start to quickly stack up for me after this point.With that said,I have also made considerable gains in that 5th weeks.Definitely a situation that should be judged on an individual basis.

CYCLES and EXPECTATIONS:

CUTTING:
For cutting cycles SD will provide you with amazing strength will on a restricted diet.Similar to Masteron only 4 times as anabolic.You can quickly and easily reach that dry and vascular look.Because of the lack of estrogenic properties superdrol fits nicely.I have found that I can actually add muscle while losing fat and drying up.SD will certainly help to preserve lean muscle while promoting increased m tabolism and aiding burning fat.I find SD to be superior to anavar and winstrol in every regard. For cutting cycle I would recommend a shorter length cycle.4 weeks or even less @ 20-30mg .10mg 3 times daily should be very effective.Using superdrol as a closer shouldn't be ruled out.I rarely see SD placed as a closer and I am not sure why.

BULKING:
The name Superdrol actually came from Super Anadrol.This was because SD was touted as being a more powerful mass builder.If you are familiar with anadrol then you will understand how strong that statement is.Superdrol can certainly aid in helping you to add 15-20 lbs plus in as few as 4 weeks! I have personally experienced this.I personally cant attest to it being a "more powerful mass builder then anadrol" but I can say that it can be comparable in making fast gains and it provides drier gains in the process.Diet will ultimately depend on your outcome but as we cited earlier SD will do nothing to perpetuate estrogen and the consequential wet gains.If you are really looking to make BIG GAINS you will obviously need a BIG DIET.Lifting big will be no problem with superdrol on a calorie surplus.I would expect to make significant increases of 25% + in maxes.Once again.I recommend taking 10mg 3 times daily.After assessing tolerance I would consider adding 10-20mg more for the BULK.Adding onto 30mg daily may never be necessary.You should always proceed with caution monitoring side effects.

RECOMP:
Superdrol fits everyplace! The is an incredibly versatile steroid and will adapt welland provide highly accelerated results with the suitable diet NO MATTER HOW YOU PLACE IT.You can easily add 5-10lbs of muscle in 4 weeks while increasing overall physique.This is a great way to kickstart your recomp cycle providing you the best of both worlds with accelerated leans gains while promoting increased metabolism.

PROS AND CONS:
Superdrol is easily 1 of the strongest and most effective compounds at our disposal.It in incrediby versatile as well.Low estrogenic activity is another huge plus with SD.It is also a CHEAP product that is easy to get.I have gotten several different brands of SD from several different sources and have never gotten a poor quality product.I don't think I can say that about any other product....So a little recap....Versatile,can be used in any place.....Cheap and easy to get.....1 of the fastest and most effective products at accomplishing almost any task.
THE CONS: The cons come down to the side effects.This will be dependent on your individual make up.The 2 issues that stand out the most are liver and cholesterol.If these are personal weaknesses then you may want to go a different direction.Regardless,if you do proceed ,you must be prepared to take adequate precautions and protection as I have already noted.The 1 other issue is suppression but that is obviously not an uncommon problem.The potential risks and severity of risk will also be dependent on length of cycle and dose.its the 40mg+ for over 4 weeks that starts to susbstanially increase risk for me,when I used it.Outside of this,is the reason for this Post.I would like to hear other users input.

My Experiences with Superdrol have been GREAT.I do realize this is not the case with everyone.I have used anywhere from 20 to 50mg for anywhere from 3 to 8 weeks.I have NOT had any substantial side effects,outside of liver enzyme count.I have even used SD without testosterone .This is certainly NOT an advisable path . I had consistently done labs while using superdrol.My cholesterol went to SHIT!as it does with many other compounds.I wouldn't say that SD was significantly worse.My liver enzymes quadrupled.That is consistent with my expectations.I would get similar effects from Adrol,halo or Dbol etc. ...My hair can tend to thin,I had no issues there at all with SD.No other sides like stomach or head aches.Suppression was there but I have found that I don't need to use a significant amount of testosterone to get the job done. 250mg with 500mg being more then enough.Superdrol is the most impressive compound I have used.Outside of the lean gains my favorite benefits from SD are the amazing strength gains and aggression which I have only been able to duplicate with tren.......My sweetspot 40mg .......20mg morning/10 afternoon/10 evening. If I am looking for extreme mass 5 weeks @ 40mg will do it for me.Once again,dose and length of cycle will be dependent on goals and diet.It always boils down to RISK vs REWARD.

So,Back to the point of this Post.I would like experienced users to share there opinions.Please provide the number of experiences you have had with pros,cons ,dosage ,cycle lengths and results or anything that you would like to say,add or suggest......My goal for this post is to provide members that are considering SD with some valuable insight.For those that have not considered SD,perhaps it will become of interest or ruled out based upon what is shared. Nice info! I’m a absolute huge beliver if superdrol and more so in inj form! It’s my go to when I choose to run a oral in my cycle. I always tell ppl when they ask me what does it do for you. Well I say if anavar and Anadrol had a baby that’s what i can compare it to! Big mass gains but hard and dry! Thx for the info

I ran at 20, and don’t see a reason I’d ever have to exceed that. If I run it again, I think I’ll pulse it, 2 weeks on, one off. The glycogen build hits really quick. After a couple weeks though, the lethargy kicked my ass. The only time I had energy was in the gym. The minute I sat still though, I was ready for a nap. And I hate naps. I’m typically a hyper person that never sits still. My chair is where my dog sits most of the time. It’s definiteky a bit hepatoxic too. Toward the end of my run, I’d wake up with that dry, metallic mouth that reminded me of some of the old heavy drinking days, and I’d feel almost dehydrated. But hit the gym and intensity was up.
It also had a mast like /dht drying effect. I had a bit of acne that completely disappeared. I seemed to shed a few more hairs than normal as well. Unfortunately, it was just some of the black ones. The gray ones are too stubborn.
I loved the pump and the fullness, and I hated the lethargy. I definitely don’t see anything wrong with starting low though and feeling your way into it. I’m going to attempt it once more with the pulse, and see if it treats me better.

Yeah man, the lethargy is no joke. Crazy how fast it goes away once you get in the gym though.

I personally do not. I have ran SD a good many times and I always pyramid the dose to maximize the time I can stay on before sides get nasty. Usually when I run it I will use 10 mg PWO (pre-workout) for the first week, then 10 mg PWO and 10 more either upon waking or eight hours after first dose depending on my gym schedule at the time. Then week 3&4 up it 30 mg. Depending on how I am feeling I may taper back down with a week at 20 and a week at 10 or just stop after week 4. I have found that if I jump right in at 30 mg I am ready to pull the plug mid-way through week 3

*Edit, another reason I like to start low is because if I don't I will not sleep the first week. Superdrol gives me a huge energy boost for the first week or two of each run and with an 8 hour half life 3 doses of 10 mg reaks havoc of my sleep. I have found that this diminishes with time on, so by week 3 I can take 3 ten mg doses spread throughout the day and still sleep

Very nice, informative post. I have a good bit of experience with Superdrol and really enjoy its versatility. As you mentioned, it fits very well in bulk, cutting or recomp and it's mass and strength gaining capabilities in all three are very impressive.

With all of that being said, it is also brings extremely heavy sides. I usually experience painful cramping around my shins, lethargy and lower back pumps. It also really reaks havoc on the liver.

All in all it is a great compound for advanced users, but by no means for novice users. The only other thing that I would add is that I would never advise anyone use it for more than 4 weeks or higher than 30 mg/day. I also do not dose within 4 hours of bedtime because the kick it gives me brings on awful insomnia.

My favorite time to use it is towards the end of a cutting period when carb/calorie restriction really begins impacting my energy/strength.

Its a very effective compound for strength and bulk agreed - but after a few days the lethargy and depression for me counteract any 'enjoyability' of the gains you get out of it.

SUPERDROL is a strong,,,effective designer oral AAS. I always suggest trying it low dose as possible to avoid the lethargic complaints.

Pretty spot on bud. I'm adding this in to a test/tren lean bulk later this year. I used to run this stuff all the time (prob 4 cycles or so) alone when it was on the shelves as a ph. The best part for bulking was you stayed hungry.. Me and the cronies would call it "the drol munchies". The only part I will have to disagree with is the gyno statement, stuff gave me some horrible lumps behind both nipples. Actually had them for a couple of years until getting smart, doing my research and doing my first test e 500mg/week cycle with adex eod. It was like a saving grace having those lumps knocked out in a matter of weeks after living with them for years, I was amazed actually. Didn't know the harm is the stuff back then though, youthfulness. Always do your research kids, lesson learned. Anyway, good fuckin read and thanks for putting the work in on this stuff!

I recently incorporated Sdrol in the 8th week of my current bulk cycle. I started at 40mg's/day split into 3 doses of 20/10/10. I experienced a nice pop in strength across all my lifts very quickly. I ran this dosage for 10 days. I started losing my appetite by the end of the first week, so much so that I was having trouble finishing my early meals (I workout at 5am) and felt full/bloated all day. My blood pressure was elevated when I had blood work done in the second week. I decided to up the dosage after 10 days to 60mg's/day split 3x daily. At this dosage I became extremely lethargic and fatigued within 40 minutes of starting my workout. I had a hard time keeping myself awake driving to work after my workout (this never really happens to me) and napped in my car upon arriving at work for 15 minutes or so. I experienced bouts of heavy sleepiness all day. I had to drop it as it seemed to become counterproductive to my efforts to bulk. I dropped it after 17 days.
I have a lot left and will try it in a recomp or cut cycle down the road. I think the dosage I used may have played a role as well. I won't start with any higher than 20mg's next time. Just my experience.

my initial reaction was that SD was not a good choice for woman, but there are several articles out there written by women who had good results on 5mg/day of SD. which makes sense due to its low androgenic rating. compared to many other steroids used by woman it is probably faked much less than primo or var.

nice write up. i never have needed to go above 20mg for 4 weeks to get great results. i ran 30mg once and the results for me were very similar. i notice that the first 3 weeks is rapid weight gain, but after the 3rd week they start to slow down a little bit, for that reason i have never gone past a 4 week cycle of sd. really love SD, i think its defiantly an underrated steroid. i still have quite a few bottles from when it was legal to buy. it is the only one of the legal "prohormones" that i found worth while and stocked up on.

It's a messy compound, I'd be embarrassed to have designed it out it that way. Brings on migraines for me. Potent as hell, but 2 to 3 weeks and I've got a major headache and feel crap even on low dose.

i would guess that the dose is too high. i get GREAT results of 20mg/day. i have honestly never even heard of people running 50mg until seeing it apear in the UGLs. possible that ug SD is underdosed compared to when it was legal though.

in all honest at 20mg/day i didnt use any liver protection and felt fine. didnt do labs while on SD but 6 weeks SD i got labs done to check my test levels my liver values were all normal.
