I was running sustanon 250 for about 2 months At 750mg a week. I ran out and had a problem with my supplier. It took about a month and a half before i started again. How will this affect the time it takes for the new test 2 build up and start working.

You should have run a PCT when you ran out. Then, it's time on + PCT = time off before next cycle. How long are you going to run the next cycle? I agree 1000% with Irongame427 with not starting a cycle until you have everything on hand.
Never start a cycle without everything on hard.
Post BF%. Proof is in the bloodwork. Within a week, if you are injecting 750mg, your testo level will be > 1500. Some labs can tell you the specific test value, too. But you are injecting an AAS compound with different esters, so you will experience the effects based off short, medium and long chain ester groups.
