+ 6 Steroid dosages and Genetics
There have been a lot of threads lately on what pros cycles look like and this guy only runs 600mg of test and blew up ect ect ect till I wanna puke.... here is the truth as I have come to see it, steroids react in a persons body differently then the next guy, lets look at like this.
person A and Person b are same height build and have same metabolisim, they train the same and there diet is exactly the same. both use the exact same cycle with the exact same dosages Everything is the same. But person B gained 40 pounds of quality mass while person A only gained 15????? why is this you say, well it comes down to 1 genetics, plain and simple. can you beat genetics ?? yes to a extent but to do that most of us are not willing to dedicate there life to the cause and put in the time and effort it would take. so I guess the moral of the story is folks when you don't get the results you had hoped for keep in mind its not always bunk gear and yes you had your diet in check but your just not meant to be on stage or be that monster you hoped to be.. Just be safe and be the best YOU that you can be

This is all true bro. +2
Not that it really provides any real answers, but I thought this was an interesting read.

Looks like they are getting close to actually determining what gene "may" give the indication that you may respond really well to test. At this point it's only information, but gene manipulation, and whatever insanity science can come up with is right around the corner. Still so many pieces of the puzzle missing.
Person A checking in here....
Lucky prick lol
person A is the 15# gainer, I don't know if I'll live long enough to put on 40# of lean mass
During my first cycle, I went from 150 to 185 in 3 months & kept all of it. Now every time I cycle I gain 2-3 pounds after PCT. shot ain't magic & definitely genetics play a big role
Right on the target here gym junkie
Agreed 100% Good read, hopefully the ones this applies to read it and grasp it.
That is why I always think it is best to start on the lower end of dosing and adjust upwards if needed. If you respond great to AAS it is just a waste to be taking more than is actually needed. So don't start at the high end and work your way down which seems to happen alot. Why do you need to start out with 100-150mg of adrol when 50mg does the trick?
I also think that people respond differently to different chemicals. Some people respond great to some compounds with just low doses and other compounds really don't seem to do a dang thing to them no matter how much they take. So I think it is best to find out what compounds your body responds best to with reasonable doses and don't try to force other compounds to work for you if you have to take insanely high doses for it to illicit a response.
@Makwa, your comment, "people respond differently to different chemicals" also applies to medications, alcohol, even caffeine. I can drink a pot of coffee and take a nap, whereas my woman can have one cup of tea and she buzzes for the rest of the day. Regarding "being an AAS responder or not," this thread nails it. Of course, as all the vets of this site will agree, at the end of the day, lifting and nutrition are still king. Regardless, CHEERS TO ALL THINGS IN MODERATION! It's ancient wisdom for a reason.
I agree 100% but unfortunately ive been on the other side of it and each time I have had to go higher and higher to stay competitive before I got hurt.
Agreed. I've said this before but relevant here again. I have average genetics but have been working extremely hard for 30 years so results have been decent. My Brother has exceptional genetics. Ran 1 cycle 20+ years ago and won a national qualifier show or whatever that's called. I don't follow it so not sure. Hasn't touched anything in years (I know because he gave me his stash a while back) and is currently at 175lb with 5% bf but looks 200.
Thats the truth. Not only genetics in the sense of how fast one can build muscle and respond to training and diet but also genetic response to how well they respond to gear.
its quiet in here today
Because no one likes to hear the truth, it hurts too much. Good post either way.
akrain11I agree 110%, every single person will react differently to each compound also, and to the combinations of compounds. That's why you need to go off of your own body and not just replicate what Jon Doe does
RustyhookerWell said!
thanks rusty
