Shoulder/joint/tendon/muscle pain??????
ad
Got a lot of help last time with my sleep issues. Have another question now.
When my left arm is hanging, like normal at my side just standing there, If I go too long with out propping it up or sitting and letting it rest on a desk, I get more than a normal amount of pain, in my rear delt. I've had joint issues before but this feel different. It doesn't feel as deep, I guess you'd say. And just took a new job, so a couple weeks before new insurance kicks in. Obviously, if it gets bad enough, I'll just go to the ER but I wanted you guys take on it. Thanks in advance!

I would try some at home type therapy until you have insurances.
Use some ice,,heat,,massage and take ALEVE or ADVIL for inflammation.
It could be a myriad of things. You'll never really know unless an ortho specifically diagnoses it based on the symptoms or you get x-rays and/or an MRI. I recently only had a SLAP tear (labrum) diagnosed through an MRI after 25+ years of issues with that shoulder.
MrEddyFor sure man. I'll be going as soon as new ins. Kicks in. I was hoping it would fix itself like my usual stuff but it's lingering.3
MrEddyThanks for responses. I'm actually waiting on new insurance at new job to kick in. It would be my luck to start hurting now! Lol
I'm not in medicine bro, but what u r describing seems like a nerve pinch. You could get a therapist that does deep tissue massage to work on it and if that doesn't help see a chiropractor.
I don't know exactly what that might be but when my shoulders get tight I get a little shoulder pain. I'll grab a tennis ball and put it between my shoulder and a wall and pin point where it's sore and tight and just roll it out for several minutes until it loosens up.
I can attest to the effectiveness of that! My front delts get really tight and that's the only thing that works
