Made some tren and was goimg to use a vial I had deca in the top still looks good and a guess hoe long the shelf life on it? And could you mix deca and tren together?

The glass vial itself could be washed and sterilized but you would need a new stopper and sealing ring and of course,.........the $200-300 sealing tool.
In the end, it is not worth it.

Why not just buy new ones from GPZ....I think they are $1.50
