New to the whole steroids thing

ad

So i have been contemplating this for awhile now, about whether or not to go on steroids and i guess i have finally caved, because here i am. Im very new to this community and have no clue as to what would be a good fist cycle, which brands are better than others, whether i go with oral or injectable, and cost. I have done some research but i get different answers everywhere i look. Any and all help would be awesome.

Let’s be honest.....if your 29 and weigh only 180.....you’ve never been serious in the gym. Whatever thing that is going on in your life right now that’s enticing you to take steroids, you need to ignore it. You need to have a passion of LIVING in the gym. It’s not just doing some arms after a few pick-up games on the court.

People should be judged on their strength levels in terms of whether they are ready for gear or not, not bodyweight. Anyone can be 200lbs untrained and appear to be 'heavy' enough to start a cycle but not everyone can lift even minimal weights but still jump on gear. I don't think anyone should be touching gear until they can at least naturally bench 315, deadlift 500 etc Those basic markers seem to be long gone nowadays.....

I respectfully disagree, It tells me that he doesn’t put in the work at the dinner table. That’s the key for me. I don’t know his strength level and you don’t have to be strong in terms of 1 rep maxes to look impressive. It’s about getting in the gym and breaking down the muscle with hard work ethic. Then, it’s about eating around the clock 24h a day. That’s 2 things in my opinion that he needs to get better at.

When you're not an AAS already then wait another year trust me I did the mistake and started to early so you waste a lot of natural gains.

And when I look at your stats I think there Is a lot more potential without Roids.

180 pounds and 6'5 is not that huge.
Try to get your calories up and eat all you can find.
I thought myself I'm a hard gainer, I can't gain weight and so on but I think with a good diet everyone can get good results that's what I learned on my own.

I started at age of 15 with about 140 pounds and the first 3 years I gained just 10 pounds so a full waste of time and work because I just wasn't eating enough. (No i was not on steroids back then :D)

I was always eating and was never hungry trough the day but that's not enough at the beginning because your body is used to eat that amount of calories you eat now to don't eel hungry.

But if you want to gain weight you just need to eat more. When you feel like you going to explode when you eat another spoon of meal then put in 5 more and your good.

Like everybodys said research and never stop because you can always learn more . Ive been doing this for yrs and still love to read and learn more and i still am learning new info . As far as taking aas added in cost your age your prior fitness ect or if you really even need them are you competimg or just trying to look good for the ladys ? Its a serious decision and you can fuck yourself up real bad just learn to swim before you jump in the deep end of the pool is all .

Let me add that food may potentially become quite a financial burden for you my friend. While anabolics may seem like a costly investment, have you considered calculating a new grocery budget? In my experience, the cost of good quality food far exceeds what you might assume in comparison. Makwa said it bluntly my friend; you need a lot of food. Be consistent, eat, eat, eat, and train diligently. Once you've gone beast mode and maxed out your potential with food and training, come back in a couple of years and revisit anabolics. Take this time to do all your research. Just my 2 pennies.

shaun1's picture

Yes, Yes,Yes. The cost of food far out passes the cost of Gear. The cost of you cycle is a kids Arcade change compared to the cost of groceries my friend. On average I spend at the least 300 a week on food granted part of that is for my family too. It adds up bro. To eat clean and healthy or to dirty bulk it takes a lot of coin. Then you have to add in the cost of weight gainers, protein, vit's, and liver supports. This lifestyle isn't a joke my friend. You have to Eat, Breath and Shit this way of life because if not then your just wasting your time and your money and your health. Like I said the price of gear is nothing unless your Rich or some other heavy weight which I'm guessing your not. So to say your not ready for this game yet.

You're going to run into tons of information contradicting each other. Learn the basics of safety and 1st cycle protocol and PCT then use your own body and experience from the first cycle to tailor it to yourself. It took me several cycles of trying new protocols to find the golden gem that I enjoy running without tons of sides.

Negative, i see someone looking for a quick fix.

Age: 29
Height: 6'5"
Weight: 180
BF: ???

Do not, and i repeat, DO NOT even think about aas/ped use until you can answer the aforementioned questions youve provided in your post without referencing. Ive not read others comments but food is all you need. How long have you been truly dedicated and plateuing in your workouts? Is your diet up to par? Have you been eating above maintenance? What does your bloodwork say? Do you want or have kids? This shit isnt a supplement from GNC, its a lifestyle change and takes dedication. Do you plan to compete? Or do you want a summerbeach bod and to get "ripped". (Stupid word). Do you understand pct? If cost is something youre worried about forget it. Please post pics your true stats and lets have some of the guys guide you properly. BE SAFE!

With your height and weight you are going to have to work much harder than You are now. You need to eat a hell of a lot more and push yourself. A cycle will only hurt you with the lack of research you have now. Seriously man listen to these guys, a lot of people don’t and end up with problems they don’t need.

So i have been contemplating this for awhile now, about whether or not to go on steroids

There isn't anything to contemplate. You are 6'5" and 180lbs. You need food not steroids. Steroids don't work without food and it is clear you are not eating.

Eroids boys are a little hard on people and for good reason. If you researched even a lil bit youll find that a first cycle is always the same. Test e or c 500mg ew x 10 with pct nolva/clomid and anti estros on hand. Even a little search will show that. It did for me 10 or so yrs ago. All this is if you have a solid base to build from.

Hello Sir,

Welcome to eRoids community. I think you are asking the wrong questions Sir. Instead of worrying about brands, substances and costs, you should be asking yourself - have I actually done everything that's needed before implementing hormonal substances in my life:
- have I reached my maximum potential yet,
- have I applied all training principles and programs,
- is my nutrition plan in place,
- have I got knowledge of synthetic hormones and consequences of their use,
- have I done all necessary health checks,
- and the main one, what is my goal, can I really justify implementing PEDs in my life, is it really worth it???

This I am getting emotional again, this is enough I guess. Sir, please don't take this personally, we are all here trying to help and support. However you make an impression of an athlete that is not ready for PEDs.
Hope this helps.

Regards

Can't discuss Brands on the forums. Generally, the standard first cycle is 500mg of Testosterone Enanthate per week for 10-12 weeks. Don't use multiple new compounds simultaneously. Have you reached your natural, fitness/BB/athletic potential yet? Are you sure you're ready for AAS yet? What are your Testosterone Levels at?

Calrizzian's picture

I’d have to answer that to be a rather large negative ghost rider- homie is 6’5 and only a buck 80.

OP: what’s your current diet look like? Are you tracking macros? How long have you been training for?

Stick the idea of using gear aside for a while, and let’s get you started in the right direction for success.
