i havent had no signs of gyno but today i noticed my left nipple is puffy as hell i am currently on test E250 and deca250 i been on for about 8 weeks into my cycle i usually feel stinging in the nipple this time nothing its just puffy should i start nova ? or get me some letro ??? any help i would apreciate it

WithdrawlBud, if you haven't been using an AI, start that and it should do the trick. Aromasin (exemestane) or arimidex (anastrozole) is what I'd recommend. That should do the trick. If you don't have gyno formed then letro is NOT needed. Letro is a last resort in my opinion.. There is a slight chance it could be caused from the deca, in which case you'll need caber or prami for that. My guess is you need to start and AI. That's just my opinion though. Always have an AI on hand brother. And whenever using a 19-nor like deca and tren, have caber or prami on hand.

bro, my nips get puffy if my bf is above 13%, some peoples bodys just store fat there, who knows if it is gyno... but if this just all of a sudden happened it is probably due to your lack of an AI (which you should know better, that you should be running one while on cycle)

Use aromasin 25mg Ed for five days; then 12.5mg eod duration of cycle!
Also with the Aro; run dostinex (cabergoline) @0.25mg twice weekly; duration of cycle!
If you do this an to no success; discontinue the Aro but maintain cab and use a letrozole Blast!
Start with the aro/cab and go from there!

no I am not stupid I know I usually use them when I get symptoms but I do have aromasin in hand and nova
