Muscle Pain loss of mobility

Has anyone experienced muscle pain & loss of mobility from steroid injections?
I've been taking Test- E at 300 mg every other week for 5 months for TRT ,44yrs old,with great results, exercising lightly careful not to over do it. Things seem great again.
This morning I go to get out of bed and I can't use my muscles without severe pain, 4 hours later still can't get up and around and use muscles, arms, legs, very pain full. Went to the ER and they ruled out a few things, and recommended a specialist.
16 hours later now, regaining some movement but still very painful, very difficult to stand up from a chair, can only shuffle around to walk.
Anyone else experience similar symptoms from any type of steroid?

The test E wasn't prescribed by a doctor, but I did have my Testosterone lvl checked before I started TRT and it was 212. My next door neighbor, is a competitive body builder and he offered me his source of Test and pinning. No problems my body was finally healing well again.
I did have to switch sources and Sat was my 3rd injection from the new source, which was #3 on the e-roid reviews a month ago, seems this Test is a bit stronger than the other Test -E 300. Pip has been rougher and last longer, I was feeling stronger.
Hope I can get treatment without going bankrupt. Doctors cost so much money, guess it's better than not being able to move.
