Do some more research bud. If it looks like you are ready, ie your stats are good and you have the history of training naturally then the community can better give you advice

I gotcha, wasn't tryin to bust balls. if you use the search up top get an idea of what you wanna do then come back with a proposed protocol and post some stats and people would be a lot more inclined to toss around some ideas is all I'm saying brudda
