massages

ad

Hey idk if this is a rumor or based off some truth, but some local BB's preach for deep tissue massages to help their muscles keep their separation and stuff , true ?

Deep tissue work will help help stretch the muscle fascia and set the stage for new tissue growth. Got to find a guy with strong hands and understand this is quite painful and may even leave some black and blue marks. It's a necessity in bodybuilding. I don't know about other sports. Also important to have an excellent chiropractor as well. Getting muscle bound happens quite easily and hinders growth in a big way. Anything you can do to increase flexibility is advised.

good for the muscles good for the mind. once a week would be nice. you need a good hour, can be costly, keep extras to a minimum, so cancel out the , dp, a2m, golden shower, dirty sanchez, cum shots and anal, if you can live without those essentials, you should get a decent price. good luck. lol.

Proper sports masseur - absolutely. Isn't the most pleasant experience, but I go about once per month.

Yes. Helps break down scar tissue also. Helps get the toxins and lactic acid out of the muscle also. That along with a chiropractor keeps everything firing and working correctly. I'm also big on stretching to maximize full range of motion. The body is a well oiled machine and needs maintenance every now and then. Picture a paint brush getting clogged full of paint, the muscle fibers get that way also over time , deep tissue help blood flow.

You might cry not get tickled.

Lol a deep tissue massage is not going to tickle bro. If you don't walk out of there feeling like a bitch then find another therapist
