broke hand

ad

So I raged out and hit my refrigerator three times and folded my ring and pinky fingers over on my hand after my middle finger bone broke in my hand, mid cycle....dropped off my cycle fine its been 3 weeks but my doctor was shabby because I had no insurance so he was brief and stuff with me...I've gained mobility but man it kinda hurts still this stuff takes 4-6 weeks to heal ?

hey bro, i recently broke my leg, ankle and foot, its been few days past 4 weeks nd im walking around, yes i m limping and its still a bit sore, but i sped the process up massively, doctors said 8 weeks in a cast, i cut it off with a hacksaw myself 2 days or so ago, im not even bothering with the 3 month re-hab, have a read through my forum.

the trick is to have your clories and macros way way up, a broken bone can use an extra 4000 calories or so just for healing, have all your vitamins and minerals peaking out, especially vitamin k, calcium and vitamin d, the e and c are important as well for oxidisation, im on test deca etc as well and im sure that played a role with the protein synthesis, nutrient shuttling and collagen/ ligimant. tendon part of things.

on a side note, i did the same thing as you in 2012, the small bone on the back of hand broke, it still hurts now.

It will take longer than that to heal properly. 12 weeks minimum and you'll probably still not be 100% for up to a year, depending on the damage.

My worry is that you don't think it was set properly. A hand is nothing to leave to chance, so I would suck it up and go get a second opinion and set of x-rays. Call around to doctors and clinics and see what they'll do. Don't take a chance with having a partially immobile hand the rest of your life.
