Lower back pumps?

ad

Ok so I'm almost convinced that glute injections are causing my lower back pumps, here's why I think so and vets please chime in. So I've ran about 6 cycles never really run orals due to the pumps and cramping as I train high intensity light weight high reps, heavy weight high reps. Now because I cycle I just stick to glute injections as I always heal up in pct/time off. But I am only running test and I'm getting lower back pumps and this isn't the first time. And I run my ai and drink plenty of water. Is there anyone who could chime
In? Could the muscle trama be causing these back pumps?

Your prolly just sore and it's worked it's way to Ur way lower back. Ur prolly just stiff down there. I get back pumps on orals and that shit cripples me they are so intense (taurine clears this up ASAP and lots of water) pretty sure wat Ur feeling isn't pumps. Got move to the quads and delts from time to time.

Are you scared to shoot it anywhere else?

Edit.

I cycle so I have a moderate amount of time off and gives me time to heal the damaged muscle

I have had glutes twitching fairly consistently for a week at times. I have to really push lots of oil in for that to happen. How much are you injecting and how often?

I doubt the injection sites are causing back pumps. You will however need to learn more sites. Delts are the next easiest IMO.

Usually 2ml. I just don't know why I'm getting the muscle pumps I'm only running test atm. I'll try delts and see what happens
