+ 1 Lean bulking with test & dbol?
ad
Is it possible to lean bulk on dbol, keeping water retention down? I was thinking a low dose, say 20-30mg daily for 6 weeks.. 500mg test per week. I've never tried dbol yet. The compounds I have experience with are winny, test e, test p, and mast p.

if water retention is an issue you can swap dbol fo tbol, it doesn't retain as much water
aynazppr75You wont get lean with Dbol, Dbol make you bloating as hell and cause water retention. Dbol is made for a fast kick start cycle and bulking not cutting
I'm planning this cycle out now, Test E, Dbol, & my leftover masteron; enough for a full cycle. I'll be running this mid-january i believe
aynazppr75I will switch Dbo for an another compound, winny for example. A proper leaning cycle with test, mast and Dbol is a non sense its like doing a diet without cardio and eat excess cals
thanks tho guys, ill run dbol this time with a clean diet

Breakfast: 2 scramled egg whites, 1/2 cup fat-free cottage cheese, an apple, a slice of toast and 9 almonds.
Lunch: Salad with chicken, chickpeas, mushrooms, celery and tomato.
Snack: String cheese and 1/2 cup grapes.
Dinner: Grilled chicken with zucchini and half a sweet potato.
Dessert: Sugar-free fudge pop
Avocados: These little suckers are loaded with two nutrients that are KEY to killing fat: hunger-crushing fiber (11 to 17 grams per avocado!), and monounsaturated fats, which studies have shown to actually “spot reduce” belly fat.
Peanut Butter: Okay, not just peanut butter, but mostly any seeds and nuts (these are the best): pistachios, walnuts, almonds (or almond butter), pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and flax seeds/oil. Why? They keep you full and satisfied for long periods of time, and they’re stuffed with healthy fats & minerals.
Healthy oils: Like olive oil, coconut oil and brand names like Udo’s Oil and Barlean’s Oil (I like the swirl flavors) actually help you burn fat by supplying healthy oils your body needs to burn fat.
Veggies: Turns out certain vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower (There is even a brocoliflower? Hybrid you can purchase), brussel sprouts, kale, & cabbage contain special phytonutrients, such as indole-3-carbinol (I3C), which help to fight against estrogens that can add fat. Mom was right…eat your veggies!
Omelets: Eggs aren't bad, they’re nutrient-dense and loaded w/protein, vitamins B6, B12, A, D, E, and K, folate, choline, lutein, calcium, iron, phosphorus, zinc, and omega-3 fatty acids. Plus, they keep you full for long periods of time. Always choose eggs that come from free-range chickens. You’ll get much more healthy nutrients. I try to keep a 2-5 to 1 ratio as per egg whites to whole eggs in my omelets.
Dark Chocolate: Dark chocolate is loaded with antioxidants (nearly eight times the number found in strawberries) and it contains stimulants that can have a positive effect on fat burning, including theobromine and caffeine. It also contains a nice dose of oleic acid, which is a monounsaturated fat. Make sure to choose the 80% or higher cocoa levels.
Steel Cut Oats: Packed with fiber and whole-grain goodness, you can’t go wrong. Just be sure to avoid the processed, high-sugar instant junk out there and stick to any of the slow-cooked oats. Add a dash of cinnamon, vanilla, some walnuts, berries, some whey powder, & BAM! Good stuff, Maynard.
Green Tea: Not only does it contain a potent antioxidant, many scientific studies have linked green tea to increased fat burning, including a report in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition that found green tea extract boosted the daytime metabolism of test subjects by 35 - 43%.
Beans: Black beans, navy beans, re fried beans, and lima beans all have 6 or more grams of fiber per 1/2 cup.
Berries: Strawberries, raspberries and blackberries are loaded with fiber (which slows sugar absorption), and they’re packed with vitamins that can fight cravings (cravings can come from vitamin deficiencies).
Cinnamon: Researchers have found that cinnamon contains a type of antioxidant that increases insulin sensitivity and effectively helps to stabilize blood sugar. Bottom line… You’ll store less fat.
Chili Peppers: Studies have shown that the active ingredient in chili peppers and powder, something called capsaicin, increases calorie-burning, stabilizes blood sugar levels (which decreases fat storage), and is a potent antioxidant. So, add some of this “spice” to your life.
Yogurt: Most regular yogurt is bad for your belly. It’s loaded with sugar (real or artificial) that you want to avoid it. However, Greek yogurts like Oikos Greek Yogurt (plain) are loaded with probiotics.
Wild Salmon: Hands-down one of the best belly-blasting foods because of its protein and high omega-3 fatty acid content. This is like a “double shotgun approach” to killing fat. Many people are deficient in omega-3s and when they add them to their diet, any fat can really start coming off a lot quicker.
Giant Turkey Legs: I’m not just talking about turkey meat (white, my fav), but any lean protein source is a good blasting food. This includes wild salmon, free-range chicken, whey protein powders, and most especially grass-fed beef because it contains natural CLA — a fat that studies have actually shown to burn fat. The interesting thing about protein is your body will burn off as much as 30% of its calories after you eat it.

VewiYES!!
HAHA I though so! I'm pretty sure you helped me come up with a diet on a different forum back in the day! Welcome brother! Eroids STOMPS on any other steroid website or forum I have ever found. We are all lucky to have you here cause I KNOW how knowledgeable you are; apparently everyone else does as well you're almost a lvl 2 and you've been a member for like 2 days haha! FR sent.
Darron614IMO you need to run an AI with your cycle to keep the estrogen down.
thanks, i didn't mention it because i thought it was a given, as with the new "standard" of pct created by the vets on this board a while back
AnonYou can keep it 'down' in regards to keeping it less than what it can be, but if you're on quality dianabol and a long ester testosterone, you're going to bloat. You can keep it moderate to low by controlling your sodium intake and using a proper AI on cycle, but it's still not going to be as lean of a bulk as if you were running test propionate and anavar, turinabol or winstrol.
BigBmajI'm doing it now and it's working fantastic.
In the future ill choose compounds according to how they effect my relationship with food. The relationship to food is by far the most important aspect when cycling for me.
Its all about diet.
I your not stuffing food into your body that will convert to fat you will be lean.
Even if you do bloat from water retention its gunna go away pretty quickly once you stop the AAS. Then you will see if you ate right or not.
The bloat is really not good, as its telling you something is outa balance.
EG: Estrogen levels are screwed
This brings all kinds of other sides with it.
EG: Gyno, Low libido, Fatigue, Slow gains...etc etc
Cheers Threshy
VewiJust my two cents.. why not just get Tbol and run it for 6 weeks.. instead of Dbol.
I'd rather use tbol too, but I have a bunch of dbol laying around..
x2
If you eat clean on dbol and keep up your AI dose, you won't see much bloating. There is going to be some water but that's kind of how dbol works. It's still very possible to stay lean on dbol!
I've been running 50mg of Dbol for the last few weeks with 600mg of Test E, my diet is crazy clean and I'm not sure if its too soon for bloating and those sort of sides to be happening but I haven't had any at all. In fact just the opposite where I am losing more fat and getting nicely toned. So I'd have to say so far in my amateur opinion that yes its definitely possible. But that's just me.
WeatherwedWhy not? Keep estrogen in check and you can bulk, lean bulk, or cut with any compound.
so the gains would be just as easily kept as say... a test only cycle? and at what dosages do you recommend? have you tried lean bulking on test and dbol?
WeatherwedStats and cycle experience would help.
My point is try not to be compoundcentric. Ive bulked and cut with test and dbol. Guys will say use this to cut or this to bulk... but it comes down to diet.
Dosage is really dependent on your previous cycles and results. I think 500mg of test E and 20-30mg of Dbol is a great dosage for most guys.
Vewilean bulk id go with Test and EQ.. or if you really want an oral
id do a test p and tbol..
