ok so I got some lady var on the way for my girl, this will be her first time ever running anything, they are coming in 10 mg caps..I've read that she should start with only 5 mg per day for the first week and if everything goes well up it to 10 mg per day..suggestions??? should she split the cap in half and just take a half dose for the first 7 days or what? seems like every source that carries lady var makes it in a 10 mg cap so should i just start her off with the full 10??? lol any help would be appreciated, thanks bros and ladies!

You should get tabs man. Those caps are full of filler. It would be hard to break them down really. You could try what Yoke said. But yes, 10mg is the correct dose for a lady to start out. My wife has run Var multiple times. Give her a shout. She's on here sometimes. Bellona
5mg is generally a good start for women. I had some 25mg caps that I gave my wife. What I did was got online and ordered empty gel caps and a small degital scale with the ability to measure in mcg's. I took the 25mg caps apart and dosed out 5-5mg caps using the scale. The main set back with this is that you never know what the true concentration of the new caps will be. Some may be stronger than others. But for the most part it's a pretty good method. I would try to split the 10's in half for her. You should be able to eye ball the powder pretty close.
SwolePatrole7yeah thats what i was thinking too, it sucks though because it should be taken at 2 doses a day, so maybe ill just split the powder from the caps into 4 and let her take 2 doses a day at 2.5 mg each
Yeah var has a half life of around 8 hours. Daily multi dosing is definitely the way to go. You might look into the digital scale and gel caps. You could probably get set up for less than $50. Would make things a lot easier.

The best method is to land lady var in tab form. Then get a pill splitter. They make inexpensive ones that will quarter a tab pretty cleanly. Good tabs are hard to find sometimes though.

Not that I've seen. But amazon has all the supplies you need for splitting the caps. Just make sure you mix the powder around really well before you split it off into 2.5mg doses. Should help distribute things more evenly. It won't be perfect but should be close.
