Is 20 weeks too long

ad

I'm 37 5'8 & 205 lbs @ around 18 % body fat. This will be my 7th cycle. I was originally gonna run test and deca for my next cycle but I switched out de deca for eq. I ran my last cycle for 15 weeks which was a test deca cycle. My next cycle I was gonna run 750 test 500 eq 500 iu hcg a week for 20 weeks I have test prop I also plan to run for the first four and the last two weeks of my cycle. I have clomid and nolva for my pct. do you think 20 weeks is way to long?

6-8 weeks on: easy recovery. 8-10 weeks on: still good recovery. 12 weeks on is pushing it. 16 weeks on and you'll have difficulty recovering your test and lose a lot of the gains. 20 weeks is really far into the land of difficult recovery and lost gains.

Gains tend to level out after 8-10 weeks anyway.

I personally like deca a lot better but that's just me.What's your rush man at 37 you should let your boys come back because pretty soon you may be on trt anyway. 20 + weeks is usually a pro cycle and if you do decide to go that long you should take longer between till your next cycle. It's give take just like anything in life.

20 weeks isnt un heard of its defintly pusing the limits imo. But i think with hcg and aggressive pct and the prop taper you can recover but everybody is different.I would try to get a diet in order and cut some of that bf before you start try to get down in the 13-14% range

It just really helps for one you see your gains better keeping yourself motivated and less bf makes you less prone to gyno you just cant lose.
