How well does winny help with cardio?
ad
I'm looking to increase my cardio, right now I have decent cardio but I want to get it to the next level, one of my friends recommended using winny and I was wondering just how well this would work, any opinions would help, thanks

Gonna do a 6 week cycle at 50mgs daily, already have omega 3's and glucose pills can't remember what ones, never thought of liv 52 but that's def a good idea, I've gotten mixed info on wether I should get an anti est for post cycle any thoughts on that?
sgtstedankoBetter to be prepared for everything, and not need it. Some people don't need it at all, but I would think 50mg clomid for 3 or 4 weeks after for pct would be fine. A lot of guys use nolva now, but i never have, so I don't know how much. Prob half that? Get everything in place before you start. Also take in more taurine, otherwise you're gonna get some crazy leg cramps if you're doing some running. I learned that the hard way:)
Thanks for all the info, Im going to place an order and I'll give feedback mid and post cycle
sgtstedankoSo what did you decide; How much, what's your plan, etc? If you work hard, Winny will def take it to a next level bro, but be prepared for some discomfort. But when you feel/see the little bit of results that should give a boost as well:) It will dry you the fuck out though, Some people more so than others. Drink a lot of water. You can't drink too much:) Take every joint supp "glucosamine", etc known to man and that should help... Also, if taking tabs. Buy some Liv.52 DS. KMI
I have read that winny will increases rbc's (red blood cells). Any increase in rbc's will help boost your cardio but hiit training will help the most. Red blood cells are what carries O2 to your muscles from your lungs. The higher the level the faster your recovery time between rounds or the longer you can go for endurance. Their are basically 4 different ways to get the best out of your cardio and produce max RBC's. 1) high intensity interval training HIIT basically putting in the hard work. 2) High altitude training. 3) Sleep chamber. 4) EPO. If your looking to increase your cardio your best off staying away from extreme bulking agents. Like sgt said Test can be good depending on your main goals and Winn can also give you joint pain. I don't have any first hand experience with anavar yet but from what I have researched and been told it's a better more expensive version of winn but it comes down to a matter of personal opinion. Check out the other sports section and you can get a pretty good run down on what other peeps are taking. Most of us in that section are not looking to bulk. We are looking to perform better and heal faster. Good luck my friend.
Also I forgot to include Target heart rate and max heart rate. Get your HR up there and keep it there as long as you can stand...It sucks. Then try and recover as fast as you can and you can guarantee you will gain more RBC's if you haven't gone the EPO route. Either way your going to have to work for it. There is no magic pill! But there is good gear that will assist you. I'm also looking into cjc1295 and ghrp6 peptides that may assist with this as well. Still studying though. Any thoughts from anyone on RBC and cardio with the peps?
lol I have just posted the same thing in the cycles forum. I wouldnt say var was a good choice. Too much pump, you will just cramp up and your legs will feel like tree trunks. I tried it! lol
Nice good to know! I just put in order for some so Ill have to test it out.
sgtstedankoYeah, I've done winny, and am now trying var for the first time:) The pumps seem a lot better with var than they were for winny, but I am taking twice as many mg per as I did w/win:) Honestly I would give it a go w/a lower dose of var...
I believe it was dawgfase that reccomended the same as well with the low dose of var.I will be throwing it in the mix for sure. Ill keep you posted. Sgt, what kind of workouts are you doing? Just lifting or are you running and doing any combatives with your cycle?
sgtstedankoI personally can't pin. Somebody else always had to pin me back in the day. I'm scared of GOD, the Devil, Drowning, being burned alive, and needles... So, right now I'm just var & proviron, etc. Hasn't shut me down at all so far. Got arimidex just in case of Gyno. Thinking about throwing some Axiolabs/Syntrop TEN 6Hundred in. Prob next time. I just started doing P90x, recumbent bike 1-4 times, at least a half hour or so ED at increasing levels, trying to run ED" most days I've found that my legs aren't w/the program, short bursts of sprinting "90sec" w/20-30sec break for ten minutes 3 times per week is about all I can do, and it's kicking my ass, more so than I thought it would! Bare minimum bro, bare minimum; I hear confidence always comes from competence though, so I try to keep up:) KMI
just an FYI, you dont keep arimidex on hand incase gyno flares up, your're sopposed to take arimidex througout your cycle to prevent gyno and keep estrogen down. it takes a week for adex to kick in. Its not like nolvadex or letro which is what you should keep for gyno flares.
sgtstedankoReally? Didn't even really look into it, just got a little. Prob won't need it. Just Var. Seems I've been misinformed:)thanks for the info goodfella, keep em coming:)
sgtstedankoIMO, Test can give you that extra energy, and help you build/hold onto muscle even if you're in a calorie deficit to. Without some of the sides; I think... But I'm no pro. I personally like Winny, and think that it will def help. I read that Winny makes your tendons grow uneven, hence the being prone to injury part. I'm thinking that's why I always hurt on it, especially doing plyometrics on it:( KMI
