How does Anadrol cause moonface and bloat if it doesn't aromatize?

Done my research ect. Says that anadrol doesn't convert to estrogen, but why does it cause bloating and moonface? And taking an AI with it wouldn't do anything to reduce water retention. I've taken dbol before and the moonface was prob the worst thing to have.
My diet is pretty good, I don't eat sodium and count my macros.

There is no definitive answer however one of the more wide spread theories is it increases progestin, which has very similar side effects of estrogen. My theory is it makes the estrogen receptors more sensitive, which is why adex wouldn't work on it directly but it'll stop the conversion of test to estrogen, decreases the free estrogen in the body.
Just my two cents
What's also weird is that people cut on anadrol and they look hard, veiny and full. I think it's the diet, if you eat junk food and sodium you'll bloat up.
X2 true I stay quite lean and vascular w anadrol only if my diet is in order just light bloat
