There's a piece of rubber in my vail, what should I do!
Is the test still good do I draw it all out and inject to a different vial

Chuck it. Not worth the trouble or potential issues.
You could get some filter needles to draw with. I use them when I use amps just to make there is no glass being drawn up.
Happens a lot if you use a big pin like 20 g to draw with especially on the stoppers that are thick rubber. The big gage pins just plug the stopper and you end up with chucks of rubber in your vial. If there's a bunch of chunks I just throw the vial away, you don't want to be injecting rubber pieces IM and end up with an infection.
Ways to avoid plugs
1. Draw with a smaller size pin like 25 g and heat the vial a little to make oil more viscious to draw through the pin, plus the 25 g is small enough it will penatrate the stopper without producing plugs.
2. Shop and find a source or brand that uses thinner rubber stoppers or silicone stoppers.
If it's just one piece of rubber plug you have just draw your oil and avoid it and make damn sure it's not in you pin. I've did this before, but have thrown them in the thrash as well, which is the smartest and safest thing to do. And of course you could use a watman filter if you wanted to go that route.
If ya still going to use it, drawing it out to put in another vial won't make a difference.
So even if i leave it , it won't hurt it
Rubber is not absorbent, so I can't see that it could contaminate.
Only issue I can see is when drawing the last from the vial, it may try blocking the pin.
I suspect it came from the inside of the stopper. So it's got to be sterile.
