Gyno flareup towards end of prep cycle- how? (advanced guys)
Hey guys,
Haven't been able to find a definitive answer on this yet, but over the last two weeks I had some sizeable swelling and lumps form under both of my nipples while finishing out a prep cycle. The show was just this past weekend, so we are talking the weeks where guys (and myself) generally drop any test that is still in our cycle, tank our estrogen and prolactin, and use tren/mast/winny as hardeners into the show. I also added superdrol in for those last two weeks to really fill out in the depleted state.
All ancillaries were pharmacy grade, and from other sides experienced I do not believe they were bunk or fake. Joints were dry and creaky, I dried up nicely, etc.
I was running 1mg Adex every day, and then the last week 2.5 mg letro EOD alongside caber at .5 mg e3d to drain estrogen and combat any progesterone sides. Yet, however, I still have experienced a flareup like never before and I am worried about it being perminent. Hopefully it subsides in the coming weeks.
I am awaiting bloodwork but it will be 2-3 weeks before that becomes available, but if anyone has any possible feedback I would greatly appreciate it. I am wondering if it somehow was an interaction between the superdrol and higher dosage of tren those last few weeks (600 tren/week and 20mg superdrol) but I was not aware of any issues associated with this oral and gyno.
These next few weeks I plan to cruise on test while my weight rebounds, keep running letro, nolva, and caber and hope that the flare goes away, and then do a full PCT after 4 weeks. Any other input or advice is appreciated.
Stats are 26 years old 220 lbs (stageweight) with 3 years of AAS experience and 5 years competing, I am nationally qualified as of this year so I'm no spring chicken to all of this stuff.

You're doing exactly as I would. Bring it down to a cruise dose, Letro use and blood work. Make sure to taper down the Letro and some aromasin would be a nice addition to the PCT, since you were using Letro.
That is the standard protocol but I can tell you what worked on me and the guy that turned me on to that protocol was none other than are trusty hammer wielding Viking. It worked best of all.
If it as bad as you say surgery is likely the only way you are ever going to completely get rid of it. In the meantime while you are cruising start taking 10mg nolvadex twice a day. Give it a couple weeks and you should hopefully get some noticeable shrinkage (depending how bad it really is). Normally I would say just start your PCT but in your case 100-200mg of test along with the nolvadex needs to be given a chance to work without risking the sides of PCT IMO. Give it 3-4 weeks and see if it doesn't help and then start pct.
Drop the other AI's as soon as possible too. You should not need them once the tren and test is out of your system or lowered to more normal levels anyway.
It's not terrible, but I did notice a sudden flareup right in the last two weeks or so of the cycle. You actually can't really see any of it when I am posing unless you really look closely. I'm hoping because it was so sudden that it can be reversed as soon as my hormones level back out. I generally do not have gyno symptoms, or at least nothing that a few adex tabs cant handle even on heavy test bulk cycles, etc. That's the only real reason I am paranoid is because this is very new.
Thanks for the reply though, that sounds spot on for what I should do and I will give my body a few weeks to level back out.
